On the one hand the place offers *free WiFi, but the signal strength is weak and often connection is slow because of the high volume of users burdening the transponders in the mall. On the other hand, there is ample parking, however due to the presence of criminals of opportunity, in the area. Stupid sheeple who leave valuables in plain sight inside their vehicles, because of their complacency with the assumption of security - will have a window broken and the valuables looted. Commodities such as a charger and USB adapters/cables for phones are considered valuable for someone who is desperate to have it, to recharge their own phones/devices. People with money to burn, are often easily lead to the illusion of complacency in todays society. Folks forget it is only a burb of the city of San Francisco. On another foot, many of the shops are just corrupt exploiters of greed, on one afternoon I stopped by the Mrs. Fields for an lCEE, because it was hot inside the mall (no air-conditioning), to my disgust I was charged $5.00 for a cup of flavoured ice slurry. And lastly, on another foot, the mall has no air-conditioning.

Nunca fomos roubados aqui no Brasil... Isso serviu de lição!!! Nunca deixar os pertences no carro em nenhum lugar...

Ive always come here to shop because its the closest mall near where I live. The shops have been updated over the years to provide more diversity in what is offered for clothing, food, and essentials. You wont find all shops here, so you should check their directory if youre not sure what you need is here. Do check out the new ice cream shop in the middle of the mall. Thats probably the most prominent location since everyone passes through here. Its pretty delicious! Food court is in the 2nd floor right above it (in the middle). Youll also find Macys on one end and Nordstrom on the other end. Parking is usually decent as there are parking lots of both sides of the mall as well as an underground lot. There is also a parking structure outside of Nordstrom as well. Some additional shops are in the next street (connected by Nordstrom), such as McDonalds, Trader Joes, and I believe Chase bank. Sports Authority *was* there as well but they are out of business now.

Heres a short anecdote that conveys amazing an customer experience from the staff at this gamestop: I had been calling in for two weeks to if they have any Nintendo Switches, which at this point are very difficult to come by. They didnt, but said if I try coming in-store they might have them on this particular night. So I went and no luck. But the staff person and manager went off for a second to discuss together, and decided that they would unload the UPS package that had come in a half hour earlier, just so I could get my Switch. They had planned on unloading it the following morning, but fast-tracked the process to accommodate me. Super cool move. Speaks to the friendly nature of the people at this Gamestop. Good service is good business.

Standard indoor mall. Clean and feels safe. Has Nordstroms, Macys and an Apple Store along with just about every midrange clothing chain. The food court is large and has a Starbucks but the food choices are dated and uninteresting. There are better restaurants; including Chipotle and a pizza and burger place elsewhere in the mall. WiFi is free and generally works well although Macys, Nordstroms, the Apple Store and Peets coffee have there own separate WiFi hotspots forcing you to reconnect as you move around the mall. Stonestown is a transit hub with multiple bus lines and a light rail stop.

Stones is located right next to SFSU and a library. Better yet there is a dedicated M Street car station right in front! Just be careful when your crossing the street please. Once inside, you will be graced(now) with C.R.E.A.M, the ice cream sandwich booth! And then a ghiradelli to the left and a unique collectibles store! Vast variety of stores, ranging from food to jewelry to clothing. Patrons and staff are of diverse backgrounds as well! Just to name a few: Macys, Nordstrom, H&M, Uniqlo, Michael Kors, Apple store, Food court, and lots more. Stonestown evolves with us.

Trader Joes, my bank (and probably yours, too. There are a couple big names), soon to be a Target, and my Credit Union down the street. A MacDonalds for my kid next door to the bank and the TJs. Every errand covered in one stop. You would think it was a dream come true. Whatever entity owns the property has never driven there. The parking lot is a cage filled with muddled and confused drivers causing gridlock as they attempt to negotiate an escape. Truly aweful parking lot. Needs to be razed. Rerouted. Untangled. When that happens, my dreams will come true.

Where do you downgrade the mall for the horrible aggressive vendors that approach you while youre trying to wander from store to store? The sellers can be more intrusive than the downtown homeless. This year I thought theyd been tamed, but, no. A smiling woman from a shop filled with gold-looking things interrupted my journey to say "Hello" and talk to me about whatever she was selling. Ugh. The stores (Nordstroms, Apple, Macys, Brookstone, etc.) are great. But, those sleazy kiosks keep me from going to Stonestown except for an annual Christmas trip.

One of my favorite places to shop. They have a nice food court... they also have a Starbucks and a Jamba Juice. There is also an Olive Garden restaurant on the outside and there are some bakeries and pizza places to name a few. There is an Apple Store for your tech needs. Theres a Nordstrom and a Macys store and one of my favorites.... J.Jill. there is a Sees Candies on the lower level and an AT&T shop on the upper level. A few hair salons too. The place is beautifully decorated around the holidays. All-in-all, a very nice place to go. :-)

Glad it exists. I can go to trader joes and move money between my bank and my credit union. The engineering of the main parking lot is incredibly stupid and it should be torn up and redesigned. It is a dumb maze of dumbness compounded by the fact that san francisco is populated with an enormous percentage, per capita, of timid, unskilled, inexperienced, drivers who are clueless when it comes to the rules of the road. If your head is susceptible to exploding, you should avoid the parking situation at all costs.

Nice place to hang out. I took my daughter as she loves SF. We went to Tartine on Guerrero but there simply wasnt anywhere to park without a bag of quarters. So we ordered take out. We ended up at Peets Coffee in Stonestown. We ordered a tea and a coffee and sat outside enjoying our "lunch" from Tartine. The mall itself was nice, especially compared to what it used to be back in the early to mid 80s. Slightly more upscale than your typical mall.... Nice blend of restaurants and shops.

This mall feels very south Bay to me. Namely because it is an indoor mall with all the signs of consumerism - no art, security guards and the department stores. The ample parking makes this a great mall to just run into and grab something and there is a gym in it to - maybe its a great place to meet people in the neighborhood. You can find what you need and to stay warm when its too cold. Its off of 19th so there may be some traffic getting there but its not too bad. Food court is waiting!
