Ok, so now that Im done throwing up after leaving this place I have to ask, was the crab from this year even? So we went there tonight. First of all, they fill the food bins about 1/8th full (you will see for yourself) so in other words "dont take too much", and they are not making more until what is there, is gone. Then they stand around WATCHING you eat and the lady waitress is pushy and aggressively keeps telling you she needs to take your plate off the table - EVEN IF YOURE STILL USING IT!!!! Its enough to drive you crazy. The way everyone walks around you and watches you, it is like you are under investigation. WHY make it an all you can eat and then treat the customers this way??? I was totally offended and also sick to my stomach, which came on instantly. You could see that they never washed the crab before cooking it either. I felt it was more about them making money than serving quality food. Oh yea and my son is little (like 8) and they said they had "child rates" well his plate was still $10.00. It would be better if this were not all you can eat so they wouldnt make you feel so uncomfortable when you reached for that second plate. I wont be returning again. Why would anyone?

here goes my experience with rave.. one day i shopped there on a saturday afternoon, i tried out a pair of black flats, plaid inside. i bought them for about 15$. Pretty decent price, I know. I wore them the same day to a party I went to. I noticed after a few hours, they began to make the heel of my foot BLEED. I was so shocked at how poor quality these paid of flats were. I dont understand why they sell crap to their customers who get injuries from it. thats pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Not the worse part. I ended up calling, the assistant manager kept repeating "there are no refunds on accessories or shoes," she repeated this 5 times. she didnt even care what my experience was. I was looking for store credit. I constantly shop at this store spending hundreds of dollars... NO MORE of that! Im very disappointed in my experience, she didnt show an ounce of emotion and 5 days after I worse these flats.. i still have the proof of the injury on my heel, it hurts worse than ever. Im NOT a satisfied customer. What a waste of 15$ and on top of that, i will NEVER wear these flats again.. no thanks. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. POOR QUALITY AND UNFRIENDLY EMPLOYEES.

While malls across America are suffering, the Northgate Mall keeps reinventing itself. In addition to all the normal anchor stores such as Macys, JCPenny and Nordstroms, youll find a combination of chain stores and locally owned businesses. You wont find a movie theater (although a great theater is within walking distance), but the mall hosts dining options at every price point, from fine dining to a varied food court. A Barnes and Noble can be found here too for all you book lovers. The store even features a Starbucks, so, you can read a book or browse a magazine without even leaving the store. There is even a couple banks on site, such as Bank of America, and plenty of ATMs. If your looking for a one stop shop, the Northgate Mall is your best bet in North Seattle.

The mall was not bustling..there were no people or children near the bathrooms located at the North end of the mall. I have used this restroom a number of times previously. There are three separate rooms, the signs indicate it is for male, female and children...i/e families. Upon leaving the restroom, a security guard, who I guess was guarding the bathroom...said, "Nice family you have there!!" I had walked past him when he made this snide comment. I returned to tell him that the comment was below him. Surly, if one has to urinate, it does not require a guard to approve. The mall I notice lately seems to be less than full, even with Christmas shoppers. I would switch to University village or Alderwood for my shopping. Who Needs this??

Im quite biased when it comes to malls. I hate being around large numbers of people in general. So keep that in mind when reading this review. I have no idea why anyone uses this place. The parking is challenging at best, the stores are uninspiring, the same products can be purchased online for probably cheaper and greater convenience, the public space in the center of the mall is dull at best. The only good thing about this structure is that it has a Sees Candy Store of which I try to spend as little time as possible at. Id not recommend going here. Just get an Amazon Prime account and never have to leave your house again. The cost of Prime will easily be less than the cost of gas and time spent going here.

This mall is one (if not THE oldest) mall in Seattle, but its been completely renovated over the past few years. It has a variety of restaurants, a decent, food court, all of the major department stores and many big box stores (Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW, Nordstrom Rack and ULTA, to name a few)that you enter from the outside of the mall. Its also not SO huge that it takes an hour to walk from one end to the other. Its also not too difficult to find parking, even during the holiday season. To the north of the mall, across the street are Target, Best Buy and Ross. To the south lies Thornton Place, a complex complete with bistros, a movie theater and a Five Guys Burger and Fries. You can make a day out it!

Great mall with a large variety of shops. The food court is decent with plenty of seating. Parking is definitely a problem, though theres usually parking on the east side of the mall if you cant find parking on the west side. I really hate the stalls in the center of the mall. They are often in the way and the employees that staff the stalls are annoying. Im sure theyre just doing their job, but Id rather not have them there. I have gone to the information booth multiple times, and the person there has always been rude to me. Thats why Ive rated the service down so much. I really like the renovated outdoor area on the west side of the mall, and I look forward to further renovations (more parking?).

the security at this mall is horrible! we had to get to the other end of the mall to the pet store that was right next to the mall so we had to go through it, all was going well with our dog until some security guards pulled us aside and told us to go back to school and kept on calling me sir and boy, i am a 19 year old woman that graduated highschool two years ago! they didnt have name tags! and they kept on questioning us on drugs just because i got over a cold and im not freaking kidding! the management is so poor the people who work there will hound with you silly until you feel like you wanna throw up! anyways we then left and bought our pug some toys and treats just like we were going to do..
