This mall has an adequate amount of parking and access directly via Everett busing in back. They allow stores such as the book store with magic nights to stay open past mall hours as well for certain events. The one down side to this mall is the lack of attentiveness within the food court. Trash and tables are cleaned by the mall though the restaurants themselves when coming to a close have no want later in the nights to continue making food. If they run out 45 minutes till closing they will not make more food even when lines are in front of the restaurants. The servers also seem to have a lack ability when putting plates together to make special accommodations such as changing standard sauces for something else or not including items that you do not wish for. If you want standards and have no need for something besides what they offer straight from the menu selection this mall has no issues.

Ive been going to this mall for about 14 years. I live about 20 miles north of it. Its got a good selection of stores and over all generally okay... I really try to avoid it unless I need to go to Victorias Secret, Spencers, or another store that the Outlet mall (Seattle Premium Outlets) doesnt have. This mall just gets way too crowded and the parking lot is a total death-trap because of all the idiots driving around in a maniacal frenzy to find a parking spot. The aisles of the parking lot are EXTREMELY skinny too! If youre going there when its busy, take the smallest car you can get your hands on... borrow your toddlers Radio Flyer if all else fails cause, ooooh boy, its usually a squeeze- even in a sedan! OH! And never.... and I do mean NEVER... park on the back side (east side) of the mall, unless you dont want to come back to your car... or you like getting robbed...

Pretty average mall, although my brother was racially profiled for no reason other than the color of his skin while he was a teenager a few years ago. While their security has hopefully improved, they do allow racist merchandise to be sold here (see Rue 21- they were selling a skull with a headdress on it with the phrase "ride or die" under it. Profiting off our genocide with an irrelevant gang-like slogan is disgusting), and Ive had bad experiences at their nail salon where Ive been caused to bleed (which they ignore hoping I dont notice) they use old clumpy polish and they have served homophobic customers who said boys wearing polish is "f*ggy". I highly recommend the pretzel twister- DELCIOUS pretzels that are way better than auntie Annes.

What happened? I used to love going here as a kid. The smell of the Karmelkorn mixed with the shoe repair kiosk and the smell of perms from hair salon will always remind me of the Everett Mall. Now it is just a place to do your taxes and get some Panda Express. Caseys Arcade and Mr. Bills are long gone. Im pretty sure the anchors are going to be liquidating pretty soon. Goodbye Sears and Macys The ont reason to even go to the Everett Mall anymore is to get some Panda Express or go to the movies. The theater isnt even attached to the interior of the mall. HobbyTownUSA is in the parking lot, which is cool.

Why would they advertise safe trick or treating from 5-7pm when over half the retailers chose not to participate and the ones that did ran out of candy well before 6pm? We had a very disappointed 6 year old all because we are new to the area and decided to try the mall as opposed to an unknown neighborhood. What a joke. She left with less than 10 pieces of candy and we made the entire loop thru the mall. If u are going to advertise something you should require all your vendors/retailers to participate and they should have enough candy that they arent running out in the first half hour!

Small parking spaces. Very narrow. Busy but not as popular with major tenants moving over the last few years. Old Navy is the best deal around and Sears which is an anchor tenant has poor service and pricing is good for clothes not much else. Food options in the food court are good but avoid the Italian food place. Overcharged us $16 then disputed until I explained the math and a security guard came by and verified my purchase. The server (owner) was still belligerent even though he was proven incorrect. Leaves a sour taste for all of Everett Mall.

Had just parked my car & was walking through the parking lot 2 get inside mall with my 10 month in her stroller old & 7yr old & on our way a HUGE fist fight between about 15 ppl (10 girls & 5 boys approximately) broke out LITERALLY mere feet from us!!!! How freakin ghetto!!!!! Worst part about the whole thing was the fight continued 4 quite some time longr & no1 EVER came 2 break it up!!!!! Not police or EVEN their mall security!!!!! this place makes my daughters & I feel fabulously safe & secure...... NOT!!!!!!!!

What I love is that it is never crowded, so if there is something you want to get quick from a particular store there is no hassle with traffic, parking, navigating the hallways. However this is a very old, small mall that has been refurbishing but the store selection is fairly limited & at least one of the anchor stores, Macys, is closing down - not sure what will happen with Sears. I usually go for the movie theater, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bath & Body Works, Old Navy, Burlington Coat Factory & Macys.

This is one of the most pathetic malls I have been to. It is small, and doesnt even have a Starbucks--in Seattle. Okay, not the best coffee, but if a mall doesnt have one, it couldnt be that great. I would recommend going to Alderwood mall, just a bit further south. Although a few of their stores have closed, they still have twice the number, and much better places to eat. Plus, they have three Starbucks. The theater at this mall is okay, although, once again, I prefer the Alderwood Regal Cinema.

This is a typical Westfield type mall found up and down I5 in Washington state...just like Sunset mall in Bellingham, and Capitol mall in Olympia, it has the same type of little shops like Orange Julius, with kiosks selling current fads to cell phone accessories taking up space to ambush you while you trek through. We thought these would have died out I by now, but they still cling to life In 2017...but hope remains as looks like Macys left Everett Mall recently.

Great location with an upside of being the lesser well known of the two local malls. Just as many Great stores with some lower prices and (in my opinion [...obviously :)]) and even friendly group of employees. With An Incredible Movie theatre attached and less that one block away a Best Buy, Walmart, Pets Mart, Half Price Books, and about a dozen other stores that make shopping at or near this mall the Hands down choice. Enjoy!

Dont get me wrong, I do enjoy going here at times. The theater is good and has good sound. There is still a Sears there where you can get deals. There is never a wait at the food court. But the loss of anchor stores have left Everett Mall lacking. It doesnt have the cheerful bustle you find at other malls. The are several box store that share the parking lot that add value. There are also three good breweries nearby.
