Had the worst shopping experience of my life with this company. Paid $1300 for my wedding dress, they promised my dress would be ready in a month tops. Months passed and my dress still hadnt been shipped. I called them several times throughout this process asking about the status of my dress, they would lie and say it was on its way. They were supposed to send me extra fabric to do alterations with, I checked with them several times to make sure they were sending me the right color. Finally, three weeks before my wedding, my dress comes in but they sent me the wrong color of fabric. I called them, and they assured me they would expedite the fabric to me and it would be there the next day or day after at the latest. A week goes by and they no longer will return or answer my calls. I call them on someone elses phone and they answer immediately, they finally admit that they do not have the right fabric and so two weeks before my wedding they just now tell me that they cant do anything to help me. So I had two weeks to scramble to find a dress that didnt need any alterations. After speaking with the owner they agreed to give a full refund for the lying, deceit, and overall poor customer service they offered me. I mailed my dress back to them and waited for the refund. I called several times and they always seemed so shocked that I had not yet received a refund. They assured that they would mail me a check. They never did. I went in to the store in December (a year later because I live out of state), and they apologetically said they would deposit the money directly onto my card. They swiped my card and gave me a receipt but the money never appeared in my account. They are once again avoiding my calls. I am just so shocked at this experience still and it has been over a year since they promised me a refund. I have never written a bad review in my life, I just want my money back.

My experience at Elegant Bride was wonderful, a million times better than I could have imagined wedding dress shopping to be. Everything the ladies at Elegant Bride do seems chosen with the bride in mind. I am a very indecisive, easily overwhelmed person, and Frankies team made the entire process so special and nice. They asked what our budget was and were super respectful of it, only showing us dresses within that range (unless we wanted to go beyond it) so we didnt fall in love with a dress we couldnt afford. They looked at a few pictures I had in mind and pulled a dress that was exactly what I was looking for. It helped that they were so knowledgeable of dress styles, body types, and accessories. They gave kind, thoughtful, sincere feedback. Never did I feel pressured into making a purchase or falsely complimented. In fact, I was pretty sure that my second dress was "the one," but when I asked to try on a couple more they said they encouraged it so I could make certain I had found my dress. They were super patient, answering questions that have surely been asked hundreds of times. Never did I feel rushed or like I was just a sale. The two ladies there with Frankie worked seamlessly together and made everything so special for me and my mom. They included my mom and valued her opinion, which meant a lot to me. When I did decide to go with that second dress, everyone celebrated and there was even champagne. The ladies were also so thoughtful to take pictures that didnt include the dress for us to share on social media. My experience was so special. Given the chance, I would go back to Elegant Bride in a heartbeat. Everything they do is for the bride and her family, from the initial meeting through the celebratory champagne.

Believe it or not I had 8 appointments the day I went shopping for my dress and could not find what I wanted anywhere in my price range. Elegant Bride was my 8th appointment and the best by far. The girls who helped me, Frankie and Keilly, were so kind and loving toward me. I found the perfect dress the moment I walked in the door. Something that I really appreciated about their selection is that in jeans I am about a size 10, so therefore I usually cannot try on sample gowns but the dresses at this store allowed me extra room! They helped me to get the dress of my dreams as well as the perfect veil within my budget and even guaranteed me that the costs for my alterations would be under a certain price point or they would cover the extra. They truly cared and showed it by staying late to make sure my day ended perfectly. I bought the sample gown because it was still in pristine condition so I have it in my closet at home which is a dream come true. They made the most stressful part of the wedding magical in my opinion. I know I have said a lot but they deserve it <3

It is nightmare after nightmare. We paid in full for the dress at Dec. 28th, 2014. Dress was not delivered at all for wedding at May 15th. We got refunded late June for the dress. I basically lent close to three thousand dollars to Elegant Bride. Elegant Bride owner and Frankie showed good gesture to make us happy by offering the reimbursement of dress alteration. Two week before the wedding, we finally bought wedding dress and it was rush order of alteration. It is not the most desirable alteration. The wedding was over and we sent the invoice for the alteration mid May. Since then, they did not answer our questions and phones sometimes, they kept saying that they will check it out the status, etc. Nothing happened and no words from them. They just wanted for us to give up and forget, it seemed to me at least. All request for return calls are ignored. If something wrong happens with your shopping experience with Elegant Bride, it could be really ugly and you cant be a elegant bride any longer. Frankie and Elegant Bride, please answer me...

Finding my dress was a positive experiences but getting my accessories was a disaster! After ordering my dress I came back to purchase a veil and hairpiece. I purchased them in January and my wedding was in April. I was told the veil would be in quickly but the hairpiece would take longer. I asked the time frame and they said about a month. I waited and called and stopped in until two weeks before my wedding. Each time I got the same answer, "its in route." Finally with less than two weeks before my wedding I asked for my money back. They told me they would return it but the check would take time and they would call when the check was ready. They did give me a much cheaper hairpiece that I never used. Now guess what, it has been over 2 weeks and no call about my check. I called and got no response yet. I just want to return the hairpiece I never used and get my money back. If you are going here I would be very cautious. You dont want to be 2 weeks before your wedding without your dress or accessories!

I went shopping for my wedding dress at Davids Bridal (like everyone suggested) and had a horrible experience because they didnt have my size to sample in dresses I liked (Im an 8). It was crowded and overwhelming. I went to Elegant Bride and it was an absolutely perfect experience! Frankie helped us find dresses in my price range. If I commented on a dress she politely told if it were in or out of my price. She respected my wish to not try on anything out of budget. She was helpful, encouraging, and lots of "that looks beautiful on you"! We had the entire back room to ourselves and had her attention thee entire appointment. She never tried to push us to sell accessories or even get our alterations there. She was so informative about prices! I honestly could not have picked a more perfect experience to find my dress. Plus I loved that they have REAL sample sizes that normal girls can fit. I felt beautiful and had a hard time choosing. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
