I would very cautious if you decided to due business through here. I purchased a bridesmaid dress here and was told I needed to bring my own bra to the fitting which I thought was odd because I have been a bridesmaid before and the other places I went through fit the dress exactly to me where a bra was not needed. I stated this to the lady over the phone when scheduling and she rudely told me that she didnt know my body type. I went to my fitting with my strapless bra and tried on my dress and the lady insisted that my bra wasnt right and started pulling and tugging at it and said that I needed the correct bra before I could do the alteration and because I live over an hour away I had to proceed with the alteration that day. Therefore, they basically forced me to purchase one of their $60 bra things that squeezed halfway down to my stomach and was totally unnecessary. After trying on my dress, it fit perfectly and I stated I dont think I need any alterations" and even the girl who helped me in the dress agreed. Well the lady who did the alterations insisted I did and said that in the bust it was folding over too much, I questioned her but since she does this for a living I assumed she knew what she was doing but boy was I wrong. I went back a few weeks later and tried on my dress and the lady helping me into the dress had to struggle to clip it. She finally managed to clip it and zip it and I literally could not breath, no exaggeration here, I felt that I was about to pass out, my back was also squeezed so tight I had what they call "assback" where I had a line down my back. I am not a big girl but I looked like I was squeezed into a dress 4 sizes too small. When I brought this to their attention they said "oh I can fit my hand in the back thats enough room" and "you want it tight" but it was clearly too tight anyone could see that. When I pointed the line down the back they literally said oh you just smooth it with your hands umm WHAT!?! The lady literally put her hands in the back and tried to smooth my back but the line was still there. I insisted they take it out and they tried to convince me otherwise. They finally did and when I came back to try it on it was still too tight and I had major cleavage in my bust and that extra flab you get between your bust and arm when something is too tight and they insisted once again it was so perfect. I had to take pictures to send to other bridesmaids and the bride to get their opinion and they were like that is way too tight! I insisted once again to take it out and they said they werent sure if they could. I told them that this alteration was totally unneeded and the lady literally said to me well why did you do it then" I had to explain that I told the alteration lady I didnt think it was needed and how she kept insisting. I told them Id rather have to pull the dress up all night then not be able to breath or be so tight in my bust (once again it fit perfectly on my first visit and I have a decent amount on top that the strapless bridesmaid dress wasnt falling down to begin with). They were able to take it out but it still didnt fit correctly but there was not much more to do since they cut away most of the material....after all that I was still forced to pay the alteration fees (THAT WERE UNNEEDED) and I have been forced to purchase another bra because the once they insisted I had to purchase did not fit right and they say that you cant return the bras. They basically had me spend an extra 100 dollars that I didnt need to. This business is a big SCAM and literally just wants to get extra money from you which is ridiculous since you are already paying so much for the dress as it is. It makes sense now that they force you to pay the alterations and undergarments you purchase in cash no credit, I can see why they have it that way now. Any good business would have not had me pay the alterations fees for all the mistakes and unnecessary alterations and let me return the completely useless bra. BEWARE!

I felt it necessary to post something about the service I recieved here. I went in after looking at three other dress places and not finding what I wanted. I was blown away when I came here the first time. They made me feel so special, the offered me all these "freebies" in order to get my dress that day (free bustle, poofy skirt for underneath, sweetheart neckline alterations-or so I thought) so my mom and I ordered it. The sales woman hugged us and gave us a little gift bag with bath bubbles...we were blown away! I was so excited! ...Then comes my first fitting, my mom and I were raving to my sister and brother who were coming to the fitting about how cute this place was and how nice the people were. The first fitting was aweful, they were rude and pushy, I saw my sales woman who acted like she was part of my family the first day completely blow us off and push her way past me to get by, I guess I was expecting to walk back into the dream dress salon I had on the first day. I so badly wanted to have those perfect moments of having my family around and crying and trying on my dress of the first time, and once we started to have those moments we were rushed back into our fitting room and pressured to make room for the next appointments. After three more bad fittings (rude owner, rude and pushy salespeople, no empathy no warmth) I came to realize this place was too good to be true, there was no follow through. You would think with a little place like this, family owned, that you would get the same service you recieve when you buy the dress but it was the typical sales tactics of be sweet and awesome in the beginning and once they make the sale, you are just a thorn in their side. Once you pay that deposit, like someone else said in one of these reviews, they want nothing to do with you, they are unorganized and completely pushy and rude. I also thought all of these great things were being thrown in as part of my "package deal" for not going to another salon and come to find out they werent even though I had it in writing on my reciepts. I would not recommend going here if you want the bridal gown shopping/buying expereince to be memorable and important as it should be.

I planned my wedding in less than 4 months. This was the first store I tried looking for bridesmaids dresses at. They asked if I had my wedding dress yet & convinced me that there was no way Id ever have time to find one with that much time and offered a few floor samples. Fearful that they were right, and alone without anyone to consult, I felt cornered & I bought it, later regretting the entire purchase. Azzizah is really great and kind, but I found other people there quite rude. I was very clear that i didnt want a poofy dress, and they had additional tule underneath anyway. The sample had tears in it, that they did fix, but I didnt care at all for how the dress fit. It was the most uncomfortable thing Ive ever had on after it was altered. I decided after crying my eyes out on the first fitting that I was finding a new place & a new dress...which I did, without any problems Id like to add (much less time at this point, too). It was also not made super clear to me on the day of purchase that the alterations were going to be an additional $500 cash. Id have never agreed to purchase a used floor sample for that cost had I known that. Ithe was way too much to pay for a sample dress. I ended up getting my actual wedding dress altered/bustled for less than $125. Two of my bridesmaids did get dresses there, but neither had alterations done there, though and saved a ton of cash on that. It was the most expensive used dress Ive ever bought and I hated it & the experience so much I didnt even wear it. I picked it up and drove it immediately to a consignment shop & wore the other dress I had found. It fit beautifully, and was half the cost, minus all the tears and uncomfortableness.
