They are 100% focused on excellent customer service at this bridal boutique! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel at ease about this often times stressful experience of finding a wedding gown. I worked with Lesley, one of the owners and she was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating, and I never felt like she was trying to sell me. She was super honest and gave me constructive feedback I could use. This boutique is not stuffy like some of the other downtown Columbus bridal salons I visited. And yes, you can take pictures! Which was a huge plus for me, because I have to think about things over and over before making a decision. Plus, they have dresses here, from U.S. designers that you wont see anywhere else in Columbus, so if youre looking for a unique gown that wont break your savings account in half, this is the place for you! Their gowns start at around $1,000 and go up from there. Also their accessories are very nice and priced fairly. Overall I definitely recommend this boutique to any brides-to-be out there looking for the perfect wedding gown shopping experience!

If you want to find a gown that reflects your unique vision, youve found the place. Amazingly beautiful shop with talented designers you wont see at every other bridal shop in town. The gowns are high quality fabrics and exceptional designs that are both modern and timeless at the same time. As for the service, Lauren was exceptional. Its evident she loves working with brides and shows a true passion about making your experience memorable. My daughter found her dress at B. Loved and couldnt be happier with the gown and the total look Lauren helped her construct. Shes now ready to create her wedding around the perfect dress. The best shop in Ohio or South Florida!!

I had a wonderful experience with B. Loved Bridal Boutique. Lesley, the owner, worked with me every step of the way to help me select a designer (Alyssa Kristin) and create a custom wedding gown. After going to every bridal boutique in town, I had been disappointed with the choices. But Lesleys hand-picked selection of curated gowns - including many designers who do custom work - was a dream come true. Lesley was one of the best vendors I worked with throughout the entire wedding planning process. B. Loved Bridal Boutique is a gem.

B.Loved was probably one of the best things that happened to me through the whole planning process. Lesley was so sweet, knowledgeable about fashion/style and took the time to find out the mood I was going for so she could help find the perfect dress. She knew what dress I would fall in love with even before I did! She was not only a pleasure to work with but also directed me to my florist and photographer. She was invaluable to me as a bride with no idea what I was doing!! Highly recommend her boutique to anyone any day :)

An overall good experience! The consultant was very helpful and tried to find dresses that suited my style. She was also the most efficient at getting me in and out of dresses of all the studios. It ended up that I did not enjoy their style of dresses. Despite this, I would still highly recommend the studio! Excellent customer service!
