Where do i start! - 5 bridesmaids only 4 could buy dresses from them due to one bridesmaid was pregnant and they didnt have a dress that closely matched -they ordered the wrong sizes for my 4 bridesmaids and told them they have to go up 2 sizes and then pay for alterations. - they ordered 2 expensive bras that had to be sent back to get correct sizes. - they ordered a complete wrong size dress that was 5 sizes too big and refuses to order the correct size. - they gave the wrong dresses to two of my ladies and they both had to get alterations there rather than just the one. They put the wrong names on dresses. - they were very rude every time I called and said they were to busy to deal with these situations. - one of my ladies was from out of town and put a note in the system saying we can pick up the dress for her and manager argued with us about being able to pick up the dress. -I would never do business with this company and or suggest them to anyone!!!!, one of my bridesmaids is engaged and changed her mind on buying dresses and bras from this company. You can buy the same bras at Kohls and pay $20 rather than $100+ . Never again! -

I recently purchased my wedding gown from Amour Bridal and Tiffany was super friendly and cool! She did ask a lot of questions but when it came time to try on, the first one she picked out was the dress I bought! She took all the info I gave her and just like that she came out with the dress of my dreams! I have been to 5 different places and this was the best service and very comfortable atmosphere to try on! My mother also found her mother of the bride dress and it is stunning! Overall we had an amazing experience and feel relieved we were able to get them both in one day! Im even more excited for the big day and wanted to make sure we gave Tiffany the credit she definitely deserves!! She is very good at her job and am very thankful we just happened to "walk in" and were treated like family! I highly recommend this Bridal shop for your big day, special occasions or even prom! She has a huge selection of dresses and very accommodating to any special requests!

I had an appointment in December of 2016. This was my very first time trying on dresses and I had no idea what sort of style or detail I liked. I explained that to the staff and let them know that I wanted to try on all styles in order to figure this out. Tiffany blatantly stated out loud that she hates when her customers try on a lot of dresses... it made me very uncomfortable during my appointment and afraid to ask to try on more. My experience was terrible. She was rude to my mom when my mom asked about the veil, whenever I tried on a new dress she would say "lets get naked," which caught me off guard. This bridal shop is unprofessional, has terrible customer service, and made my very first experience terrible at a time that is supposed to be exciting. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Worst shopping experience I have had thus far. I would NEVER recommend this place. I wish I would have turned right around when the employee seemed confused and almost annoyed because I didnt have my heart set on any particular style. (I was open to anything but I knew I wanted strapless) She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When she asked my budget and I said $700-$800 she seemed unhappy with that and tried to make me feel stupid for having a budget "so low" I was ready and willing to buy something that day if I found a dress I really loved but she just didnt seem to want to put in the time to help me find one. And even if I did fall in love with a dress, I would NOT give my business to this store. Save yourself the time and DO NOT GO HERE!

We have a very good experience with Amour Bridal. Tiffany has been wonderful!! There was a mix up on our dress fitting times and she went out of her way to accommodate us, even canceling her evening commitments and staying well after the shop closed for our fittings (bride and mother of the bride). From the first appointment until now Tiffany has shown professionalism and kindness. Several suggestions when concerned about price and fit were addressed with reasonable suggestions. I cant say enough good things about this shop and Tiffany! Planning the wedding has been stressful but the dress part has been easy. We ordered the Brides dress, bridesmaids dresses and the Mother of the Bride dress from this store and we couldnt be more pleased.

All of my bridesmaids bought their dresses here. I came in with a dress already picked out but our consultant helped in choosing a few more choices that fit the look I was going for. I thought they had a very good selection. My only complaint is that they ordered all of the dresses way too big for my girls which resulted in all of them needing alterations (which we did outside of the shop). For example, one bridesmaid who usually wears a size 0-2 was ordered a size 8... My advise would be to inquire what size dress they are going to order after you are measured to make sure it sounds right to you. My girls just trusted they were measured correctly and that was a mistake.

After visiting several different bridal shops I was feeling very discouraged and frustrated. Some places were unprofessional and rude and others were way out of my price range. As soon as I walked in the door at Amour Bridal I felt welcomed and like a part of the family. The ladies here are so nice and friendly and they will do anything to make sure you find the perfect dress. They have a large selection and very good prices. Tiffany and her mother were both a huge help! I tried on A LOT of dresses and they was there every step of the way. Every time I call or have a question they are always willing to help. If you visit this shop you will not be dissapointed!

I sent my bridesmaids here to get their gowns for my wedding. I had 7 bridesmaids and they helped get each of them into a dress that looked great on them. I specified the color, designer, fabric and length and the lovely ladies made sure each of my bridesmaids stayed within those parameters and within their budget too! They did such a great job that my mom went back to them to get her mother of the groom dress for my brothers wedding. I would definitely recommend them for great selection and affordability!

I wish I could give a zero star. From the moment my bridesmaids and mom walked in, we felt unwelcomed and like we were an inconvenience. Our stylist was rude and unhelpful to the point that we asked, do you even want us to be here. She then told us how my ideas for bridesmaid dresses wont work and how I needed to organize MY wedding party. I DO NOT recommend this shop if you are looking to find your dress or bridesmaid dresses.

Tiffany and her mom were amazing in helping me find my dress! Tiffany listened to what I wanted, and got to know me a little bit before we got started. After trying on a few that I liked, I mentioned a few changes that I would make, Tiffany was able to find a dress that was exactly what I wanted and pictured. Tiffany and her mom were very courteous, staying late after shop hours.
