Awful customer service. I made a dress shopping appointment here because they were at a bridal show and had my information and wouldnt stop calling me. I have to say, the woman who I made the appointment with was nice and I thought everything was fine. Until the day of the appointment. I called to let them know that we were running 15-20 mins late. The woman on the other end of the phone was so rude. She acted like I told her we were going to be 2 hours late or something. Apparently, they only book an hour for you to dress shop and try on dresses. I wasnt told that Id only have an hour when I made the appointment. Like an hour? Seriously? I dont know how thats enough time to pick a dress. I was just so appalled that this staff member was so rude. My appointment was at noon, and she told me another bride had an appointment at 1 and we basically needed to leave by then. I asked if they can only serve one bride at a time and she said no they have 3 rooms for brides. I was confused because she said that once the other appointment started, we either had to leave or wed be on our own in the store. She was very attitude-ish and I had to pull information out of her. Finally, I found out that she was the only one in the store, on a Saturday. I found that odd. I had her on speaker and one of my bridesmaids was with me and when I hung up the phone, I asked her what she thought. She told me she thought she was extremely rude as well and it wasnt worth going for just 40 minutes of half-assed attention. So I called my whole bridal party (who was supposed to be meeting me there) and told them what happened. We didnt go to the shop and we went to Marias Bridal Connection instead where we were accommodated and treated very well, without an appointment. The kicker for me is my dad saw how upset I was about this place so he called to find out what happened and why that woman was so rude. She lied to him. Saying that I told her I didnt care what she had to do but I needed to be accommodated. No such words ever came out of my mouth and my dad knew she was lying because he knows I would never demand anything like that. I work in customer service and I dont speak to people that way. I even said to the lady on the phone that I was sorry but I was just trying to be courteous to let her know we were running late because I know how much it sucks when people run late and they dont bother to call. Anyway, another store got my $1500 and I wont recommend this place to anyone.

I was ready to give up finding a dress for my daughters wedding, when my daughter remember Jessica who she met at a Bridal Expo, my daughter called her and asked her if she was able to help me, she said absolutely, so my daughter gave her my size and what I was looking for, when I got there she already had three dresses for me to try on, but being petite they did not work out, she then told me she had already done her homework the night before and she went on her vendors website and showed me list of about 7 different dresses that were available in the color I was looking for. There was two dresses that I liked but unable to decide she said she would order both for me and that once they arrive I can choose which one I wanted, she took my measurements to make sure she order the correct size and when the arrived I loved one of them so much and I purchased it at may I say at third of the price of other boutiques. Wedding is next week and I cannot wait to show off my beautiful dress. Trust me people I went to every boutique and department stores in all of the Tampa, Clearwater area and I was not able to find anything I liked. She loves what she does and she is truly the best in the business. Thank you Jessica, Melissa and I are grateful for your help.

I originally heard about this place from a wedding expo that I had gone to. Im super glad that I put my information into their raffle and that I got a call from them. This was the first wedding dress shop that I tried and the first time Id ever tried on wedding dresses but Jessica, the owner, made my mom, grandma and I feel super comfortable right away. She was more than attentive to our needs and was beyond words helpful with helping me pick out a wedding dress. After talking for a little bit, Jessica picked out a couple of dresses that she thought that I would like and that would suit my style and body type, I only had to try on 3 dresses and the 3rd one was the charm. I cant explain how amazing I felt after trying on the perfect dress and then finding out that it was one of a kind and that no one else would be wearing it! A super added bonus, we were able to find my mom a dress for my wedding and some tuxedo ideas for the groom. This is the place to go to find any kind of dress, they have amazing quality dresses that come with even better deals! Jessica knows her stuff when it comes to wedding dresses and you cant go wrong with going to see her or her beautiful shop.

I was fortunate to meet Jessica early in my search for a dress - she is absolutely wonderful, and her shop is beautiful. The personal attention that she gives her customers is amazing! After trying on countless dresses at her shop and others, I decided on a pre-owned dress that a local bride was selling. Loved the dress, until my fitting, when it was clear that the lack of structure and very low back was not going to provide me with the coverage I needed to feel comfortable on my day. Within minutes of my appointment, I called Jessica in tears - two weeks away from my wedding and I simply could not see myself wearing the dress I had chosen. She assured me she would help in any way possible - within the hour I was standing in front of the mirror of her shop in the PERFECT dress. Her assistant Kristin was wonderful and even brought the seamstress over from her shop (Eugenia of Eugenias Bridal Alterations - also HIGHLY recommend!) to make sure the alterations could be done in time for my wedding. I couldnt be happier with my dress, and most importantly, with Jessica and her team for their amazing service. Thank you!!

To say I have been wowed and expectations exceeded is an understatement. Not only is Jessica at All Brides 2 Be polite, kind and a good human, shes one smart cookie and knows her fashion and fabrics. Whether you are looking for a custom wedding gown for your special day or something shes already got in store, she will make you look and feel beautiful. During my first meeting with Jessica, she was attentive, fun, had amazing suggestions and knocked my dress selection out of the park. It was fun and easy. Two things I was not necessarily expecting while searching for a wedding dress. Jessica also easily sorted out my brides maids dresses, as well as my mothers outfit for the by day in October. She made it so much fun for all of us. In addition to all that awesome (I know, is it even possible?!? It is!), Jessica has provided several outstanding references for photographers, table decorators, djs, and more. We are very excited to work with some of them as well. They all responded within a day to our inquiries and have been very professional so far. Cant wait to work with Jessica again!
