warning: stay away from this shop. they are dishonest and unprofessional. the owner clearly has no idea what she is doing and cannot sew or alter anything. they hacked up my bridesmaids dress. the sweetheart neckline is not centered and half is a v-neck the other half is curved. the straps are not even where they attach on the bodice and the owner attempted 4 times to let out the bodice as it is too tight. each time she said she let out the top it was the same. half of all the bridesmaids in this wedding all have issues with their dresses too from this shop. will not refund anything due to their incompetence. bottom of dress was cut uneven. dont be fooled by lisa the owner as she first will tell you she can hand make each custom dress but then orders out of a catalog and tries to charge the customer more $$. wish i could give this s***hole place a negative rating but it makes me give at least one star. very dissatisfied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Moda Novia is the best full-service bridal salon in the tri-county area. Elisa is one of the most creative, hardworking, disciplined, and detail-oriented people I have ever met. She made me feel so comfortable and special when I was having my dress altered, an experience that made me feel anxious and stressed beforehand. I had to have a lot of alternations done on my dress because I had lost a bunch of weight before my wedding. Despite this, my dress fit like a glove and I looked stunning. She knows how to accentuate a woman’s body in all of the right places. I’ve sent countless friends and family members to have their gowns and dresses altered by Elisa and they have all expressed their gratitude for her quality work and fair prices. Elisa is as customer-focused as she is talented. She understands the needs of her brides and she truly makes the alteration to custom dress process a positive and empowering experience.

Elisa was so wonderful to work with. She did alterations on my wedding dress that I purchased elsewhere. She did an amazing job and did it with a smile and in a timely manner. I had also purchased a maid of honor dress from her that was not only beautiful, but reasonably priced. I cannot believe someone gave a negative review on her, must be one of those impossible to please brides.
