I went here a few times during my engagement to look for wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses and veils and jewelry. The staff is very nice, until you place and order. We spent quite a while with the manager Amanda and eventually picked out bridesmaid dresses. We were told one price and even given a discount because we had 6 or more bridesmaids. They wrote down the price and dress info and what the deposit would be for each girl. I went straight home and let each bridesmaid know what to do and to do it asap. Which they did. Only, the store wouldnt answer their phone during business hours, wouldnt return messages and finally I had to call in and complain. We finally had everything in at the last minute because I had to be constantly on top of them making sure they were doing their job. and STILL they didnt place the order on time and our dress delivery was pushed back so that we didnt have enough time for alterations. But they were not going to call and tell me this, oh no, good thing I called to double check on them. Ended up charging my girls credit cards more than they were supposed to, they upped the price of the dress without telling anyone, and were seriously difficult and rude to work with. They didnt communicate anything with us and we ended up having to pay ANOTHER 25$ rush fee per dress just to get it here when they originally said it would be here because they screwed up. And they werent even willing to admit it. I will NEVER be back in this store and I dont recommend anyone. The staff may be nice while your shopping but its not worth it for the unorganized and dishonest aftermath. Worst bridal store Ive been to.

My fiancée was going to buy her dress from here. They wrote her sizes down incorrectly so when the dress came in it did not fit. So to figure out what size dress she would need, they put her in a completely different style of dress they had on hand at the store. She fell in love with it. So she was told that she could pay a restock fee for the old dress and pay to get the new dress. She then received an email saying that wasnt an option. She could either purchase both dresses for full price, or pay half price for the old dress (that the store would keep) and pay full price for the new dress. That is absolutely ridiculous. So when she went to pick up the old dress that did not fit, they offered to swap that size for a larger size on the rack. A decent offer, except for the dress on the rack had so many picks in the fabric and had stains in the armpits from other people sweating in it. Also, she noticed a note on her file that was addressed to the owner. It read as follows: "Please call me about this bride...ugh!" Followed by a frowning face. It was a very unprofessional way to handle the situation. Now she is stuck with a dress that doesnt fit that she is going to try to fit into.

I cant get over how wonderful my experience here was. This was actually the first place I started with on my hunt for a wedding dress, and after working with Shawnte and the other consultants, my experience at all other salons in the area that I visited in the area paled in comparison. Not only did they accommodate me for a last minute appointment the first time I visited, but they also stayed late on a Saturday so I could come back and commit to my dress after I got frustrated with poor customer service and walked out 25 minutes into an appointment somewhere else a few days later. Wedding Inspirations was the only bridal shop in the area that I can say made me feel like I wasnt just one of hundreds of the same. They gave genuine, yet kind and enthusiastic feedback--I truly felt like they were active participants in helping me find my dress. Furthermore, they embraced my quirkiness and helped me try dresses that both met my requests and matched my personality. Id recommend them a thousand times over, and I couldnt be more grateful for all they did to help me find my own kind of beautiful.

I cannot say enough great things about Wedding Inspirations!! I booked an appointment, knowing nothing about the store or about wedding dress shopping in general. I got to the boutique early, about 10 minutes before they even opened, but they let us right in and got us started early. I had the BEST consultant, Taylor, who made the experience everything I could have wanted. I loved that she gave the option to put the dress on while she waited outside the curtain, and then came in to help once I got it on. I felt that I was trusted, and was given privacy that made me feel comfortable. She chose dresses in the styles that I asked for, and took every comment I made into consideration. I found the dress of my dreams, but did not say yes (YET) due to having another appointment planned that afternoon. Without saying the name of the other shop, there was NO comparison. I have considered going to a few other places, but after going here, no other place seems it would live up to my experience at Wedding Inspirations. I HIGHLY suggest this bridal shop.

This place is hands down the best place to get your wedding dress. It is clean, classy, conveniently located and the staff is so helpful and accommodating. I bought my Cinderella dress there for a fabulous price. She held it for me until I was able to pay full price, and she even held my baby boy while I tried dresses on. (And didnt get mad when he puked on her floor!) If you get your dress anywhere else you are missing out, not only on a great dress selection with reasonable prices, but friendly and helpful staff who will go way out of their way to help you find the perfect dress for your perfect day. ** I LOVED this shop! ** I came here for my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses! The staff was very friendly and eager to help me and my bridesmaids. For such a small shop they had a great selection of wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses. It was a great one stop shop!! I found my gown, and my bridal partys attire also. The lady I worked with helped me pick out the perfect veil and shoes to go with my dress. The prices are very reasonable compared to stores that I had been to before. I will be telling everyone about this place!!

It was a great shopping experience! I purchased my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses from Wedding Inspirations for my wedding. I had a wonderful experience and found that their service level was far superior to anywhere else that I shopped. I found a beautiful MAGGIE SOTTERO gown for $1000 and my bridesmaid dresses were very reasonable at $157 each. They were wonderful to work with and made it so easy and fun! I would highly recommend Wedding Inspirations for any wedding needs!

By far the best Bridal place Ive been to!!! (Id been to a number of other places.) I set an appointment (for my sister) with Taylor and she was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and not at all pushy or rushed. Their bridal gowns are unique, high-quality, beautiful, and reasonably priced. We had a fun, stress-free time and found the perfect dress!
