There are hardly words to show my appreciation and love for The White Closet Bridal Company! As a plus-sized bride it isnt easy finding a store that carries a wide selection of quality and top-notch wedding gowns for full-figured brides in the Orlando area that compares to what is available at The White Closet Bridal Company. From the moment we got there: everyone was so friendly, kind, (and helpful!!!), I was put right at ease. In fact, my consultant Sara knew what I was looking for before I even knew! After hearing a small portion of what I envisioned the look I was going for my in my upcoming wedding with just a few words: "New Years Eve wedding", and "old Hollywood glam", Sara was able to pick out EXACTLY what I was looking for in my dress! As she soon as she pulled the dress and showed it to me, I didnt even have to think twice about it because I knew it was THE dress; and once I tried it on, I really knew it was the dress for me! What I appreciated more about my consultation was that I was not pressured in any way to make a decision on the spot about purchasing. They were comfortable with me going home, talking it out with my mom (who is out of state), and letting me make the decision officially on my own. There was no crazy sales pitch like other mass stores that make you feel like youre in a car-dealership when youre buying a dress. Once I made my decision (literally 12 hours later), I called the ladies up, set up a new appointment to do my measurements with ease and place my order. The process was easy and comfortable. If youre looking for a bridal shop that has 5-star service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a wide selection of styles catered to brides in the Central Florida/Tampa-Bay area then this is the place for you! Thank you again to Sara and Cindy for your help and your affirmation! With your help I said YES! to the dress of my dreams at White Closet Bridal Company!

I cannot begin to say enough good about my experiences with Cindy at The White Closet. I am not a bride who has dreamed of her wedding day since birth. In fact, the wedding dress shopping experience filled me with dread, but I decided to humor my mom and best friends anyway. Prior to coming to The White Closet, we had visited both a luxury bridal boutique and a big box shop in Orlando, neither of which inspired me or eased my fears. This past weekend, I traveled to Tampa with my mom and friend to make one more go of the effort and hopefully decide on a dress. I called Cindy the day before our trip and she was able to fit us in by opening her shop early to us. We were the only people in the store, Cindy was nice and friendly without being saccharine sweet, she understood that I had shrunk my dress budget to under $1000, and worked with us to quickly find and try on 6 dresses in 45 minutes. Amazing! I actually had two other appointments at Tampa/St. Pete bridal boutiques that day so we quickly packed up and left Cindy to make our next appointment on time. Lets just say that my second appointment did not go as well; I cried within the first 5 minutes of meeting the next boutique owner. Still, I sucked it up and gave it my best shot. I ended up canceling the third appointment, and after a lunch discussion with my mom and friend, we all agreed that not only was the dress I loved at The White Closet, but the experience with Cindy had been the most calm, relaxed, and pleasant. Cindy was able to fit us back in that afternoon to try on the dress one more time before I ended up purchasing it. I am so grateful to have that decision out of the way, and Im looking forward to visiting Cindy again in the near future. I cannot recommend The White Closet enough!

Cindy at The White Closet was an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to continuing to work with her when my dress comes in! I truly cannot say enough great things about her! From the moment you walk into the store you are treated how a bride-to-be should be! I received one-on-one service that took into account my budget as well as my likes and dislikes about dresses. The best piece of advice Cindy started the appointment with was, "The dresses dont have feelings, so dont worry if you dont like one" which put me totally at ease. As I tried on dresses and figured out what I really liked, Cindy heard me, and made no judgements about my likes or dislikes as far as dresses, necklines, beaded details, etc. I went to The White Closet because of all of the positive reviews, and I wanted this type of personalized experience. I felt I had to do my due diligence and went to two other stores (Jons and Olgas) that were both awful - dress selection and service were not even close to being in the same league as Cindys store! The dress I ended up with is totally different than what I originally envisioned, and I credit that completely to Cindy, it was her idea to try the dress, and she was spot on! In addition, I found girls bridesmaids dresses here - there was quite a selection and we found a beautiful Sorella Vita dress I hadnt seen anywhere else! The White Closet is THE place to get your wedding & bridesmaid dresses from! Thank you Cindy and The White Closet for a perfect experience!

What a nightmare they made this experience. All of my bridesmaids dresses were close to four sizes off and were measured wrong. Paid over 200 each for them and they had snags and buttons coming off of them. Then the seamstress left the bridesmaid dress at her house the day we went to pick it up after alterations...mind you we drive almost an hour fo get there each time. The first time I went to pick up my wedding dress from alterations there were holes in the seams where their so called seamstress took my dress in, the tulle under the dress looked like a toddler had cut it and still had pieces half cut and hanging, And pins still left in my dress. My mother had to show the seamstress with a measuring tape where the middle of my dress was because she was sewing my belt of crooked. And I caught the little girl who was working there giving my mother a dirty look. Two of my brides maids dresses are still so poorly altered and look horrible but now my wedding is in two days so we had no choice but to take them. Such a horrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone. After everything my dress was about 3000 and the brides maids were over 200 each and we ordered 6 of them. You would think spending that much money there they would have cared a little more about our time and taking correct measurements. And hiring a seamstress who can do her job correctly.

My experience would have been okay.... up until Sara called me and told me their seamstress went on early maternity leave. I was notified of this 3 weeks before my wedding day. To which I replied, "I understand... so I assume you have a replacement?" No - the replacement was booked up. No effort to fit me in - but she did refer me to another alterations place down the street whom she said was very reliable. The alterations place that I was referred to had barely even heard of The White Closet Bridal Company - and to make matters worse, the bra cups that were sewn into my wedding dress have completely ruined my dress - the shape, the fabric.... I have black markings on my white dress!! Now I am 1 week away from my wedding day.... and thanks to the terrible referral... I will now have to search for an alterations place than can work miracles or find a new dress. I feel like I should get my money back all together after this terrible experience. The White Closet Bridal Company should have fit me in and made an effort knowing my wedding was only 3 weeks away. Theyll take your money for a dress, but after that... I guess youre on your own! I am extremely disappointed... and the stress and aggravation that this has caused during "the happiest time of my life" is really ruining my whole experience.
