Went all over Tampa shopping for a brides maids dress... What a nightmare! Most places were not very helpful needless to say it was more of a search for yourself kind of situation. I called brides by Demetrios to see if I could come with out appointment, she informed me that because the building was so small she preferred appointment. I was slightly disappointed but luckily she said she had room that day for me. Thank you Jesus! Denise was a pure godsend! She was not only the most helpful person I had encountered in all my stops but also the most knolageable on dresses! She delt with all my pickiness and was completely kind and patient through it all. Even after this I wasnt sure what dress I wanted so I traveled a little more, I was so stuck on the customer service I received I had to go back. No one was able to give me the honesty, experience and information Denise did. I assure you if you go here and she is working you will be more than satisfied and relieved! Thank you Denise I will fly to Tampa just for you the day I decide to Wed!

My appointment is actually in a week and I called asking to confirm their location. The previous location is 1701 N Westshore (which is permanently closed). Their current address is 1411 N Westshore, approximately 3 doors down from the old address. They were absolutely wonderful about scheduling my appointment and all inquiries I had! I am looking forward to the actual appointment!!!! Found the perfect wedding dress! Denise made the whole experience magical!!! The new location was difficult to find at first but completely worth it! It was a wonderful private shopping experience!!! I cannot thank the manager and Denise enough for their wonderful hospitality and expertise!!!!

its very pathetic about demetrios ,,that they closed..Phone number is disconnected and not a word to the brides about there orders n delays...They talked bad about all there bridal stores shoe stores when they were the ones going out of BUISNESS and they kept it a secret .....You cant trust no one..Ppl trust these ppl and they were the worse to all...They acted that they were better ....Goodbye ..Goodbye....Oh,,by the way I found a shoe store in Tampa the shoe fashions ..Got some beautiful shoes..Now I gotta find my dress all over in another place......

Found the most beautiful wedding dress here! It was everything I wanted! After going to 4 other local bridal stores I found my dress here because they have such a wide variety of dresses. I wanted a dress that wasnt so "bridal looking" and I found it!!! The seamstress was awesome too she made my dress fit me like a glove! A++

The dresses are beautiful but new location makes the business seem shady. If I hadnt ordered my dress when they were in the old location there is no way I would have got my dress from them in this new spot.
