WARNING IF YOU GOING INTO JCPENNY SALON TO BY A SHAMPOO PRODUCT THAT'S ON SALE THIS WOULDN'T BE A PLACE TO GO! I WENT IN THERE AND A LADY NAMED JESSICA TOLD NO TO HOLD ON BECAUSE SOMEONE LIKE YOU ALREADY CAME IN BROUGHT!!!!!!!!!!! ( being racist ) AND THEY CALLED THE MANAGER AND HE LOOKED AT THEM LIKE THEY WERE STUPID FOR NOT SELLING ME A PRODUCT! IM IN THERE ABOUT 3 TIMES A WEEK AND THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME PROBLEMS FOR BUYING THERE SHAMPOO AND ALWAY LIMIT ME! I DON'T KNOW WHY I MEAN PRODUCTS ARE PLACED ON THE SELVES TO BE SOLD NOT SIT THERE TO COLLECT DUST! MY NEXT STEP IS TO CALL THE MANUFACTURING COMPANIES OF THE PRODUCTS I LOVE BUYING AND TELLING THEM HOW THIS SALON ALWAYS GIVES ME PROBLEMS WHEN BUYING THERE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER PRODUCTS!

If a person walks in with a T-shirt and flip flops just besause is the day off, JC Penny Employee would not give a light of day!! Disgusting experience. Also this store does not have a decent mens selection for formal wear, which I thought they would. Horrible Experience!!

I had a pretty poor experience at their salon. I got a mani and pedi. The woman doing my nails was very slow. She layered the polish too thick on my toenails and 1.5 hrs later, i tried to put my shoes on and it smudged! Very disappointing. I wont be back.

Always a nice place to shop. The staff here are very courteous and helpful and Ive never had to wait in line long. Store is always well organized and well stocked.

Great for children, women, teen clothing, just need to improve on mens and boys clothing. Haircut are a little bit pricey. Store is clean and friendly.
