This is the worst experience I have EVER had with ANYBODY. I would give them zero stars if I could. I purchased all kitchen appliances from Sears, I though it was a good idea and I also purchased protective insurance, turned out being a nightmare. First my refrigerate Kenmore (french door) got broken within a 2 months, keep in mind it was a March of 2015 I called for repair. Now is September 10 , still no refrigerator. First, the technician suppose to call me when he would be at my house, I was waiting for him at home, no one called, I look outside there was a sticker saying sorry we missed you. Then I rescheduled and next available in a month,so whole month no refrigerator for me. this time I stayed by the door to make sure to catch him, he never showed up, I rescheduled again,waited another month, he didnt show up again, and I called customer service to see what was wrong she says " Oh well, mam , it doesnt look good, no one can rich him, so lets reschedule it again". I have been without the refrigerator whole summer long, I got flipped out , then she said she might find some1, but they promised ...... By the way the Kenmore washer got broken and same SAME story,but it lasted little longer 6 months, so so far I have no refrigerator, no washer with having Manufacturer warranty and having paid appliance insurance 500 some dollars for 2 years. This is just ridiculous how they dont respect their customers. Keep in mind this is my FIRST EVER COMPLAIN, I never complained about anybody in my life, but people have to know who they deal with. so DONT EVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM SEARS, unless you are willing to have broken appliance for very long period of time!!!

I had a repair done to my lawn tractor, and I paid (I have a receipt), and was billed 2 months later for the service. I have gotten three letters from the National Claims Centers (Sears collection agency) saying I did not pay. Not only did I pay the first time, I paid a second time just to get them off my back. I also have sent two copies of both receipts. Today I got a third letter saying that I have not paid. This is harassment and an attempt to get money I have already paid. I will never use Sears for anything. Looks like I will have to get a lawyer. :( I can not tell you how frustrating this is. No one will help you, I get the SAME "scripted" response overtime I call. Unreal. On top of it, my lawn tractor was not fixed and the repair guy just kept changing the same parts.

This has been the worst experience ever!!!! Our cooling drawer was leaking but the fridge was cooling. After he left and "fixed" it by entire fridge broke. I had to their away all of my groceries which was beyond inconvenient (I have 4 kids). After being on the phone with sears and them giving me the run around for about 4 hours they sent someone out who then told us we need to call someone else cause he CANT FIX IT!!!! So what the hell do you people do? Break a refrigerator for a family of 6 then leave? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I cannot believe this is OK. You take money but dont fix the problem! I will spread the word dont worry. And will never buy anything from your company again! This is beyond unbelievable to me!

Sales people friendly and great....but....Bought washer and dryer, dryer was delivered scratched badly. Called customer service, honestly impossible to talk to an American. You get transfered to Phillipines. Cant even call the store, dont waste your time, Nobody answers. Its cheaper for sears Corp. To forward all calls to the Phillipines. If u need reimbursed for damaged goods, talk to the people in Asia, and they will low ball you..."10% off" tell them "NO"....they then offer store points "NO"....then eventually you can get reimbursed quite a bit. I was happy with the outcome, but still waiting to see refund in my acct. Sears should no longer be able to sell stuff here. They should take all their business to asia.

I recently bought a refrigerator, grill, washer/dryer, and dishwasher from this sears. Aside from a friendly salesman, my whole experience was problem after problem. The appliance department manager was a jerk and gave me a lot of trouble when trying to use a Sears issued coupon. The delivery guys didnt install the dryer correctly resulting in a gas leak in my house. It took four days and eight calls to get someone to come out to fix the problem. When I called to complain, I got the run around (they kept passing me between departments). If this is how sears runs their business, Im surprised that they are still around.

I have lived in this area for over 45 years. I have always bought my car and tractor batteries here.This weekend I took my tractor battery up to get checked. The service person said it was unchargeable.I was just getting ready to buy a new one when the rep said $79.00.I said forget it Ill shop around. Took the battery home my neighbors charged it over night. Its been fine. Will never go back u lost a long time customer.

I am not surprised this store is going out of business. Whenever I have shopped here over 15 years there all sales people either standing around and not helping/greeting anyone, or there cant be a person found. I went in to see if they had closing deals- not even close. And not one person asked if I needed help while looking around for an associate. They must have one employee per section now

Sears is garbage. Bought a washer/dryer set, both under warranty. Washer failed after three years. Have had five separate visits, washer is still broken. One service "technician" handed my wife a list of parts for her to order and left. Seriously dont waste your money here.

Nobody seemed to know where to find the manager or where to send you to check something out by the manager. Most of the stuff is not marked with the original price and a lot of the items are marked 25% off not 50 or 60% off.

The store itself is horribly over priced, always dirty (ESPECIALLY the bathrooms), and their optical center is bad as well. They do not live up to their guarantees, and refuse to fix mistakes.

One of the few stand alone Sears stores around. I have never had an issue with anyone in the store, I really like the speed of the ship to store and pick up merchandise availability.
