Cant complain. Say what you want about wal-marts quality, but you cant deny that they are there when you need them. I traveled clear across the country for 6 months, and even if you are in a desert in the middle of nowhere dying from thirst, you will come across a walmart. I guarantee that they have a spot on the moon already reserved. If you want super high quality hardwood furniture, exotic ethnic food supplies, or a store where a commission-earning employee will hold your hand while you shop, go elsewhere. If you appreciate walmart for what it is, a huge convenience store with low prices for all your everyday needs, then you will love walmart. Some employees are not helpful, but most will be polite and try to answer your questions. If you come to walmart late at night, dont talk to the night people. I used to work the graveyard shift of stockers late at night at Target, and we knew the store better than the day shift people did. Dont expect walmart night crew to be the same way. Most of them are rude with no customer service training and they know nothing about their own store(or most likely they just dont care, since their job is to drag palletes to the floor and you would think they would know generally where stuff is since they obviously know enough to figure out which products go to a certain part of the store.) You would think that a 24 hour store would mandate that all their employees, even night crew, show at least a tiny speck of courtesy rather than just grunting "dont know" or ignoring you as they keep walking at full speed. So lets not make this complicated. Just ignore the night operations crew and go talk to the cashier instead if you need someone at 11pm. Just like any walmart, however, the prices are nearly unbeatable and the convenience is legendary, so treat walmart for what it is and you will love it the way I do.

Have more items than the Dade City Walmart. I have been in the process of moving for ovèr a month. Still on this journey. There are NEVER enough staff members available to help customers out with questions while we are shopping. No help in getting heavy items into cart n then into our vehichles. I had a friends mom with me who has Alzheimers. We couldnt find the adult coloring books she wanted. I had to hunt down n find 7-8 different staff members to try to get some help. Not one could be bothered to go with us and help this sweet woman and I find what she needed. And in my last few trips, well you dont want to know how much of a hassel it was to find, purchase n get into my car a $65. microwave. It shouldnt have been so hard n I shouldnt of had to wait over 40 munutes to get a young man to help me get it into my van. I usually enjoy Walmart but am thinking about going into another area for my next shopping round. Did love the lamp I found with yall. You just need more service personel who can focus on helping the shoppers. Please, Thanks

Great prices, but at a cost to you. If all you care about is getting the best price, and dont want to shop online, then I guess Walmart is your store. Employees are lazy, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Self checkout is a disgrace. If I have to ring myself up and bag my own purchases, then shouldnt I get an employee discount. I guess they expect me to sweep and clean also, because the floors are always dirty. Ill shop any where else before I go to Walmart. If I want bottom price, then Ill order online and have the item shipped to me. If its something I rather shop for in person Ill go to any other store besides Walmart. There are too many other stores around to put up with Walmart crappy service.

This store is filthy and the prices are not better than other places actually Walmart is becoming very expensive their clothing is crap that falls apart after the first couple of Washings. The employees must be very unhappy no one ever has a smile on their face or offer you any help. I stay away from this place as much as I possibly can Sam Walton is rolling in his grave to see what his children and grandchildren and so on and so on has done to his ideal. It was supposed to be all American made products I bet you you couldnt find 20 products made in America there now. Go in and look at their bathrooms I have seen truck stops with cleaner bathrooms than these.

Terrible because when they clean their floors they create a maze that is impossible to get to the cash register this is very distressing because I have to pay attention to where Im going instead of staring at all the creepy individuals that inhabit walmart after dark. Im going to be shopping at Target from now on. Ive included a image from a recent Walmart expedition. I say expedition because I feel like Im traveling on the wild african savannah every time I show up to Walmart

There employee are very rude. I return some work shoes I couldnt wear and u didnt have the receipt they were upset bcz I read there policy and they didnt. Informed them I want cash refund and 2 employees and 2 mangers told me no. The policy clearly said I can as long as its not over $20. The manager told them to give it to but thats not the policy and he threw the policy on the back table. Well if thats not the policy than why is it sitting on your return counter.

Its a walmart and I like shopping at walmart.This one is pretty well stocked. THIS walmart however, I really dislike checking out. There are NEVER ENOUGH LANES OPEN!! Not morning, evening or really late at night. It doesnt matter if its weekdays or weekends. NEVER! I prefer the newer store in W.C. but going there isnt always feasible which leaves me standing in line for 20 min waiting my turn...

Did online shopping, they send email and text that its ready to pick up. Get there and its not ready to be picked up 4 hrs later still not ready and still waiting. With Amazon online shopping they tell you 4 days to receive and you get items 2 days early. The manager needs to tighten up around there. So before you drive ya vehicle up there. Call up there first.

Could not get an employee to even offer to get another cart upon checking out, let alone someone offer assistance to wheel the second cart out to the handicap spot in front of the entrance! I know I will be spending my next 550.00 at another grocery store! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!

I enjoy going here. Everyone is willing to help. Im disable. There is lot times, I need help. Everyone is willing to help. Even the store manager is willing to give a helping hand. He talks to every time I go in. I like that. He always ask. How Im doing. Great gentleman.

Wal-Mart is pretty much the same around the Country. Long lines because they are too cheap to have more employees open up check out lanes. In Zephyrhills you are limited and Wal-Mart knows that. So every chance I get I go over to Target in Wire Grass.

Great prices on most of the grocery items. The parking lot is frequently frustrating. Not to mention, during "snowbird season" this store will be out of a lot of your grocery items. The early bird catches the worm after the delivery truck comes!
