This company is horrible, I bought an item (gift)with debit over $100 and returned it the next day (not even 24 hours). 2 days later I call customer service to ask where my money, I was told it takes 4-5 businesses days to get my money back ,even though I used debit, thats bull... Im never shopping here again. You can take my money instantly , but cant give me back my money as quick as the way I gave you the product back! I have to wait a week to get my hard earn money back because I purchased it over the weekend. Dont buy anything with your card here!! Ross, as well, they will hold your money for a few days for a return.

I had a lot of color damage and they suggested a Malibu treatment to strip back to my natural color. It was very cheap and I highly recommend it! Emily did an amazing job on my cut and highlights. She even kept the salon open an hour late so she could finish them. I am grateful for that and I am so happy with the outcome!

The 5-star rating system is too high! We ordered a pair of shoes on line & picked them up, only there was just one shoe in the box. Naturally we didnt find this out until we arrived back home (several miles away). How can something so stupid occur? Zero stars is too high!!!

Great staff. Use coupon from weekly ad, if you forget employees always have one handy. Protip- no reception in the store and the free WiFi sucks so have your coupons ready before you go in.
