This store is the perfect example why all Sears are starting to close. Stood in line for 20 minutes while one cashier was checking people out. Went over to jewelry to ask them to ring us up the old woman didnt want to ring us up and told us we had to go to mens department she had every excuse why she couldnt do it. Claimed she wasnt able to take the tags off the clothing which the products we purchased had no tags then she said she couldnt open her drawer. Really? Ok so why are you working at the jewelry counter if you cant accept the payment genius? So she tells us only the mens department can ring us out so another 20 minutes in line lovely.... The service here absolutely sucks. The store is the perfect example why Sears and Kmart are failing they do not know what customer service is......

Was looking for a specific item and online it said they had several so I drove 45 min to go get one and there was none on the shelf. After waiting several minutes for my turn for the only employee in the department he tried looking in the back, checking the boxes that hadnt been stocked yet, and even double checked the computer to see if they should have some on hand. Despite the fact that their computer stated they had 4 on hand we were unable to find even one! Place is a joke! Amazon here I come, never gonna waste my time with this place again

I didnt have to wait in line as long as other stores, plus they had more stock available. The store was clean, a little low on employees, but no pressure to buy either looking for a fridge. I found the things I needed on sale for my family. Then used a sears discount coupon on my phone and the clerk had another one. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses online and saved a lot of money. The dresses were beautiful. They fit well and everyone loved them. They were shipped to the store for free and on time.

I accidentally broke my husbands new watch and took it to sears watch repair. I went in every day for a month and a half asking if they had it finished yet, they kept saying it wasnt finished. Finally my husband went in before the 45 days was up and made them return it! They were trying to steal his watch legally. The ticket said after a certain number to days its their property. And they lied and told him they never saw me!

They have recently come up with a new rule that you can no longer pay your bill without your credit card, even if you have the statement. Why inconvenience the customer if theyre trying to make good on the account?? With proper identification this isnt a problem at other department stores. This is why I shop where they make it convenient for consumers in every way.

Dont take anything Craftsman in there looking for repair or replacement. The tool nazis cannot hide their disgust if you attempt to suggest a repair or replacement in lieu of trading in an American ratchet for some Chinese POS. THIS STORE IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

Some good deals every now and then, I normally dont have an issue with finding items in stock. Staff arent very friendly and always seem to be running off to some other part of the store when they see customers.

2 lost orders - no product, no refund, 6mo run-around NO resolution - F update - 1 refund & DEDUCTED SWR points on it instead of adding back, 2nd order NO refund & told to fly a kite on it
