Had a pickup order and as I was walking in two girls were walking straight out the store with merchandise unpaid in their hands. As I made my way up to the service desk to pick up my order. I seen the LP running from the back. I (tried) to inform the rudely Lisa who was at the service desk of what I seen. As I was looking up my order number in my phone with my head down I look up and Lisa is rolling her eyes saying idk who your talking bout what guy. So I stop talking and said just give me my order and I hope they rob yall blind and put of business, since you have no concern. I usually dont shop at Kmart for this reason the damn employees are rude!!! Never will Kmart get my hard earn bucks. Lisa needs to be coached on customer service. She dont need to be up their if she cant provide service with a smile. UNHAPPY!!!!!

I have been to this store and other K-Marts. There have been as many as 6 people in line and only ONE cashier. If there was a problem it is up to the cashier to resolve, leaving the customers waiting. At Xmas time there was a line of over 10 people and ONE cashier. I left my cart setting there. I refuse to wait 20 or more minutes to pay for their product. No wonder business is bad. What ever happen to CUSTOMER SERVICE?????

I dont know what it is about Kmart but I always have such a hard time finding things in this store that I dont shop here often. I went during Black Friday and was unable to find any of the specials as nothing appeared to be marked so unless you had a flyer you didnt know what was on special.

I bought the same gift for my daughter as my mom did and no i dont have the receipt but i know for a fact you can look it up and see the item was purchased from here i never wanted money back just wanted to exchange the item and because i used cash im being told there is nothing the can do

Horrible experience, computers are crappy and went down, waited 27 minutes for them to come back on, then got over charged by $3 for my purchases, I felt kinda bad for the cashier for having to use such bad equipment, we will never go back

I like this Kmart is not usually to crowded and it has quality items, I always find what Im looking for and the quality is to my liking. It has friendly staff and a good customer service. I would definitely recommend this Kmart.

Its not very clean,the customer service is terrible because nobody would help you,the prices are too high on their retail,the workers dont take you seriously & they dont clean their restrooms.Im not going back.

Store was very dirty and doesnt look like it was maintained well, and the restrooms were even worse. Products were scattered everywhere making it difficult to find what youre looking for.

The employees are actually always nice and friendly. Definitely still some good deals to be had, but the store has not seen an update to the inside or outside since the early 90s.

Unhelpful stuff, dirty store, cant find anything you want. Can only return 30 days after purchase when most places are 90 days or more. Definitely done with shopping here.

They carry some of the Craftsman tools. I wish they carried more of them since they are owned by Sears!! I would rather go here than to Sears in the Paddock mall!!
