Worst Wal-Mart Ever! My wife and I are new to the area and this Wal-Mart is the closest to our home. We ordered some items via Wal-Marts website and had them shipped to this store. When I received the email that the items were in, I went to pick them up. When I first went in, the store looked disheveled. I went to the customer service booth in the back to pick up my orders. The cashier was assisting a customer with a layaway purchase, and was woefully incompetent. When she requested a manager for assistance, she had to make 5 calls over the intercom and wait about 10 minutes for one to arrive. When he did arrive, he was completely rude to the cashier. Instead of trying to help her fix the issue, he just berated her for being incompetent. When it was my turn, I gave the lady my information and she went to the back to locate my purchase. While she was gone, the overall store manager and his assistant manager walked by and noticed the line that accumulated at customer service. The assistant manager flipped out and went to go find the cashier looking for my stuff. He also berated her, even though she was doing her job. When she came back, she informed me that I needed to go around back to pick up the items (it was heavy furniture, no problem). As I left the customer service desk, I swung by sporting goods to look at something that caught my eye on the way end. When I went down the aisle, stuff was literally falling off the shelves it was so disorganized and junky. Funny thing, the store manager saw me on that aisle and saw the items falling off the shelves, and he opted to resume his conversation with a customer about the swimming pool rules at their subdivision (I guess they were neighbors). Poor management, poorly trained associates, poorly organized and maintained. I will never go there again.

Dont use the pharmacy here. They told me today that as a patient I should be OK with having to deal with whatever mistreatment their trainees gave me. -That I should expect it, even though no one told me ahead of time that they are all trainees. For over a week they couldnt get my perscription to go through due to some mismatch" with the numbers on my coverage card. - They had the card to get the info from from the start. after 4 or 5 days they called to advise that, oh well, we cant get it to work and they left it at that. I ALREADY HAD A PROFILE in their system from other Walmarts!! And no one called my insurance carrier. I cant trust them to give the correct meds. You probably should not,, either. Oh, and dont figure to get any kind of simple apology. The pharmacist has answers (excuses) for everything, but nothing that I had to say meant a thing to him. It was all explainable in his mind. I already transferred my stuff. And they obviously either dont know or dont care what protected health information is. The blonde woman on the pharmacists side of the counter blurted out my medications so that everyone in earshot could hear what I was taking!! unbelievable!!! really poor poor poor business and service

I avoid Walmart, but still shop about once every other month. This store is new and large but has higher prices than other Wal-marts. They are extremely understaffed. Stressed overwhelmed staff in some areas, others just hanging out doing nothing but chatting with each other. Two things they can not get right are Online Ordering and Self Checkout. I placed my online order at 4pm Thursday and thought surely by 9pm it would be ready. So I go into the store and am told they have been too busy. Nope, I get notified Friday at 2pm. NEVER order online thinking it is Faster! Another time I ordered online and it showed the item was in stock. I go in and NOPE they tell me that online is never correct. Furthermore it was a huge hassle to try to get a refund. The Self Checkout is extremely frustrating. It is always telling me to remove an unscanned item from the bagging area when there is not. Further more I can watch others fake scan and bag their items and they dont have a problem! Please remove programs that dont work. I avoid weekends and evenings, due to groups of unsupervised teens who act up.

Im from D.C. & my goodness, I had the WORST, POSSIBLY EVEN RACIST, experience at Walmart this location-Valrico. I was purchasing party supplies and a box of wine for my nieces graduation. I pulled $40 cash and needed 49 cents. My niece took out two quarters, placed it on the counter and I reached to pick it up. The attendant MICHELLE immediately questioned whether she touched the money and I said she touched the quarters and she said she couldnt take my money because she touched the quarters and was underage. I asked for a manager and two dismissive employees came and walked away repeating the same. I said fine, take it off the bill and ring into up separately and she refused to sell me the wine after already checking my identification. Needless to say, I attempted to walk to another register and she followed me to tell them to not ring me up. The store manager was apparently in a sales meeting and would not come down to assist me. Needless to say, Im LIVID. I want a phone call from a representative to discuss my experience. You have my number- I submitted an official letter of complaint.

Online pick up is a joke at this location! I love this Walmart its always clean and the staff are amazing but they are truly lacking this area. First of all in the Walmart app they advertise how easy pick up is especially if you check in via the app so they will have your stuff ready. It sais follow the orange lines to the exclusive online pick up area where there are 2 signs, one to check in on their computer and another line if you already checked in. I had made sure to check in while in my car ax I enter the store I see signs reminding customers to check in if picking up online orders. I make my way to the online pick up area get into the line for already checked in people just for the cashier in customer service to tell me the line is over there. A long line btw I had to wait behind people with returns, people getting money orders and cashing checks. Why?? What a waist of signage, paint, counter space and marketing just to pick up at my order in customer service. Also there was no point to do a check in either. They entire online pick up area seems unlikely used what a waste.

Dont ever use their photo center, biggest mistake Ive made yet. I ordered a large set of pictures online, went to pick them up and they were all cropped (by which I mean peoples faces were gone) and I know that I did not order them that way. I told the woman there something was wrong because of the cropping and she proceeds to raise her voice and say in poor English: "we print what comes online, I did nothing to them". So I told her I wasnt paying for them and left. I reordered them later a different way, (second biggest mistake Ive made), and they still were ruined when I went to pick them up! I asked to speak to someone who knew how to fix the machines like a tech, and the woman tells me shes the tech, but didnt know what was wrong. So when I asked her to call her supervisor or technical support or anybody really, she started insisting their was nobody. I left, and I dont go back. Untrained, rude, poorly organized, and unacceptable.
