If I could put 0 stars I would, and I wish I knew the managers name from this morning he was a gentlemen with light brown hair make in his early 30s..we woke up and drove over and hour away to be at the store over and hour before open to get a hatchimal that said online was in stock. We were 2nd in line and given a ticket because he said they had 2..when the store opened they tried telling us they were unloading the truck still and didnt know..when asking the manager again he tries telling us the online inventory is wrong. Well hours later an employee (Thank you so much Andrew, you are an amazing employee and deserve a raise and some appreciation and I let coprorate know that!! Thank you for being an awesome person and making my daughters dreams come true, you brought tears to my eyes, the world needs more people like you!) Told us he doesnt know why the manager is playing games that he saw the box in the back and he took some out, while another employee was whispering to someone about how he cant get a hatchimal for her right now. So we go back and get the manager tell him what weve heard he still lies to us tells us there isnt any. At that point my husband who is hours late for work kinda lost it..then within 2 minutes the manager had us a hatchimal, a hatchimal that he pulled from behind the counter that he had been hiding the whole time!!!! I have never felt so disrespected and I have never seen such a corrupt store with a manager that doesnt have any care for his employees! Dont let people lie to you, what ever happened to customer satisfaction!! The manager really watched a line of people wait for 4 hours while he had them all along. The lady with number 1 sadly had to leave for work and she should of had a hatchimal, what a shame, terrible manager!!! I hope every little girl and boy that wants a hatchimal can recieve one, good luck!!

PS4 Bundle for 29.99? People are complaining that a store would not match the price, which was due to a typo or glitch? Understand that the MSRP for a PS4 is around $350. And Target was selling it for $300 basically. That money doesnt all go to Target, it goes to the manufacturer. And if Target sold that very expensive bundle for 30 bucks, the vendor or manufacturer Sony would penalize Target and would no longer allow them to sell their product. If this error occurred at Wal Mart or Amazon, the outcome would still be the same. Because of the HUGE price difference. The typographical error was indeed unfortunate. But no store should be frowned upon for not price matching in this situation. Target is to be commended for upholding their policy. The team members at this store in every department pride themselves on taking care of their guests, and resolving every issue to the best of their ability, when it is well within their power. I can guarantee you, no matter the store, if the price difference was very significantly smaller like within 50 bucks or less, price matching would have been done. A $270 loss is not profitable to any company, or any customer. Please keep that in mind when you consider the TRUE rating for this particular store.

The least friendly store to go shopping for all of your household needs in Ocala. I dont think that this Target has EVER been properly trained by a real customer service professional because not even the cashiers have a smile on. Which is weird because all the people I know only apply for positions like a cashier is because they genuinely enjoy the interaction with customers and find pleasure in helping the customer. I dont know if Target doesnt that believe customer service or making all guests feel welcomed is just NOT important part of the service you should be providing as a employee.?? I just cant recall a single Target Ive been to that Ive felt like anyone whos employed for Target has EVER gone out of the way to give me a warm welcoming whether from a door man, cashier or passing by employee , however Walmart does it when you enter and exit the store. This should be something all Target stores should survey to see how there customer satisfaction is. I bet when it comes to feeling welcomed and whether you can ask any employee from any department for assistance would they be satisfied theyd find were theyre lacking.

They flat out refused to honor glitch in pricing on their app. I was told it was a "corporate decision" and that it is in their policy guidelines not to honor price matching due to mistypes or mistakes. However this was on THEIR OWN APP. Please explain to me how a store has to "price match" themselves. This is a very poor way to run a business and if it were any other company, they would honor a glitch in THEIR OWN SYSTEM. They need to take responsibility for their own actions, then fix their mistake. The item was a PS4 bundle listed as $29.99. I called the customer service line and explained the situation and the employee rudely denied all liability then said that is their policy. I asked for a supervisor and he rudely stated he was the supervisor and that I was going to get the same answer if I called back. I will never shop with target in store, or online again.

While going through their app I notice that they had a ps4 listed for $29.99. I brought it to the store and was told that it was a nationwide glitch and that it wouldnt be honored. I was then told to call corporate customer service and they told me very rudely that their policy doesnt cover typographical errors. As a customer its not my fault that they made a mistake. Had this been Walmart or Amazon they would have honored it and then fixed the issue. Id rather deal with the unsavory crowds at Walmart or the delivery time wait of Amazon than ever shop at Target again. Horrible customer service and a business that doesnt own up to their mistakes.

I really do love Target stores, usually very clean and well organized. However my last couple trips to this Target has been a bit of a let down for me. Back home in WI I would go to Target for the Pretzel Combo meal every time.. LOVED IT! But each time I have come to this Target they are usually out of cheese or the pretzels are hard/stale which makes them very unsatisfying. Aside from the not so great food court... the rest of the store is pretty good. Very clean, good sales, and friendly workers. However Being a fat man who loves his pretzel combo from Target stores lol... I have to give this Target a 3 stars instead of a 5 :(

Since Winn Dixie "updated" their point system, Ive had to find other places to shop. Boy, am I glad I did! Love it here! Lots of options, fair prices, shelves always well stocked, and the staff is always nice. I gave a star off for the produce though. Unfortunately, its not generally any good. (I.e. On the edge of expiring, extremely under ripened, etc) but otherwise, I come here every time Im in Ocala

Never shop online to ship to this store!!!! I twice ordered and it showed in stock. They must not update their inventory. I had such a struggle trying to use a gift card here. Was hoping to get a crib but just used it on tons of small things when they couldnt figure out which cribs they had. Even the display isnt accurate. Besides that the store is smaller than any Target Ive been to
