Customer service is wonderful, I had the side seam of my slip resistant shoe blow out while at work less than 2 month after purchasing them. When I went to the Oberlin store after work they exchanged them immediately.

Their shoe selection is kinda lacking for guys, not a lot to choose from. Alot of sizes not availible fot popular shoes. The customer service is very good.
