It only takes one bad experience to make me dislike a place... customer service is everything! I went in to this Ross to return some things and the cashier Brenda was very unprofessional. She scaned My items and gave me store credit card saying and I quote "there is 20 something on there." I was in the middle of asking her a question and she literally walked away from me and started helping an associate with opening a box. I attempted to get her attention once again and she was obviously ignoring me. I then asked the cashier next to her if he could answer my question and he was very helpful. Its upsetting nonetheless because of Brendas reflection on the store, I will NEVER shop at this location again.
