Tuesday, June 20, my mother, 53, went into this location to purchase a dryer since she has been a loyal customer of Sears for our appliances for years. First thing in the morning, she comes in and notices a few sales representatives talking about normal employee drama so she went to find the dryer she had researched online. She is helped by an older woman (probably early to mid 60s) and felt rushed. This woman asked for my mothers address, phone number and name and then showed her the price of the dryer she came to look at. When My mother asked about the price, seeing as though is was a $30+ difference, this saleswoman proceeded to go off on my mother, saying "we get commission on every sale you get in the store...you millennials come in and want everything online and cant wait for anything...whats a few dollars here and there. Youre why our stores are closing." Even after this, my mother explained that we are just trying to save money since money is tight but we need a dryer, ours is not functioning. And the woman just walked away, shaking her head. My mother left the store in borderline tears and ordered the same machine online.

Charalatans! I used to get alignments done here for all the people whose suspensions I fixed. If something was bad, they found it. If it was worn, but not yet bad enough to replace, they would align it. Not now! Now its the same rip off game as everywhere else. Send out alignment coupons so when people come in we can keep telling you how much suspension work you need till ur sears card is maxed out. My mother in law said they told her this, that and the other. I looked and said the only thing that is a little worn is the inner tie rods, so I replaced. Sent her back there, oh now its that this and a bunch of different stuff but what they said was wrong before was fine! Bet they got the screws put to them by some numbers a hole to "sell" suspension work.

Definitely the least desirable of the department stores in Great Northern. It always feels a bit abandoned and there isnt a great selection. Even though there is a lot of stuff in the store, there really isnt much variety. The mens section of Lands End, for example, literally has about two dozen items, maybe fewer. I think the mall would be best served to do away with this store, or Sears needs to totally revamp it.

Automotive dept. Is a joke. Tried calling them about tires I purchased. Twice no answer. Third time called tool dept to ask if anyone working in auto. She paged then transferred. Lost connection. Great customer care Sears. This is why youre going out of business

Terrible. Called liked 3 times first was put on hold 2 others they ignored and sent me to voicemail. This is why Sears is going out of business. I will take my work and money to a different store for sure. This place is a joke.

Dont bother shopping here for appliances. I have been there three times to get a washer and dryer after being told a certain models would fit only to find out it wouldnt fit once they delivered it.

Never use Sears Optical, horrible customer service! Slow, rude and and overall not good people. But the eye doctor was awesome, I only deal with him once a yr though.
