I use the pharmacy at the 10327 Big Bend Rd, Riverview, FL 33578 Walmart Market location. I wanted to say thank you for having the most amazing staff at the pharmacy!! I recently had to change pharmacys due to my insurance not being accepted at Walgreens and for convenience I decided to try the Walmart Market since its in the same shopping center. I have been a customer since October and every single time I am there I am happier and happier. They are so friendly. They refill and fill my prescriptions so fast. The drive thru never has a long wait. Im writing today because they went above and beyond and I want to make sure someone knows about it. I called in a refill for one of my prescriptions, but I have another one coming due this week. Ive been trying to get the timing down so I wouldnt have to make two trips but I figured next month Id be able to do that. I just received a phone call from Matt, who called to tell me while he was filling my one prescription that he noticed I had another one coming due and asked me if I would like that filled as well so I could pick them up together. WOW!!!! Is all I can say!!! I was so impressed with him taking the extra step of calling me!! This is not the level of customer service I am used to at any other pharmacy. The pharmacist and all of the pharmacy techs are awesome at this location. I visit about 3 times a month for my family and I and every single time it has been a great experience. Thank you for hiring amazing people! Im so happy to do business with this location!

The selection is pretty good, the generally have the same things as the other supermarket in the summerfield crossing plaza, but much cheaper. The staff isnt always the most helpful, but then neither are some of the customers. Id be grumpy too if I had to deal with some of the customers Ive seen in there. There are plenty of self serve checkouts, but later in the evening they start closing those off. Maybe they should consider leaving them open for card transactions only....especially on busy nights. They used to be open 24hrs, but recently changed to closing at 11pm....still an hour after the other supermarket.

It is a small Market right next to a great SAMs Club. It is very small and mostly self checkout. It has just started and does have an issue with running out of stuff and the deli is small and tends to have slow service. Given a chance to adjust it will be a great small market. Convenient, on the way home for I-75ers coming off Big Bend east on the way home. Great for picking up afew stray items on the way home. Love it Edited 5-7-17. Store has greatly improved. I am here every other day. It is a great quick stop and has some items that I dont find elsewhere. I find the staff very friendly.

Im handicapped and have had to wait for someone to bring me an electric cart as long as 45 min. Or completely ignored altogether and their claims of having no one available of they are too busy at the register also a lie I would ask people leaving it the service desk was busy, and they always said people are standing around talking to each other that work there.needless to say this store is on the non active status list. I dont bother anymore, plus they dont CARRY a lot of things the superstore carries so I just go to the superstores instead of waiting my time stopping there.

I go in the morning when it is not so busy! everyone seems very kind, not sure why others complain I go almost 3 times a week. I understand it gets a little crazy in the evenings but I avoid it , only issue I have is the parking lot, when leaving those bushes need to be trimmed and Im calling county about it cause you cant see on coming traffic and risk accidents. also maybe hire more people to help restock, notice things are out of stock more than normal grocery stores.

This Walmart is constantly out of stock on everyday items such as cigarettes toilet paper baby when I asked why are they constantly out of stock response of customer service was management doesnt order enough items for four weeks theyve been out of Newport 100s for three weeks theyve been out of name brand toilet paper if youre an avid Walmart shopper try Sun City Center, Walmart at least their shelves are stocked unlike Riverview & Gibsonton Walmart

FYI: This is an abridged version of your standard Walmart which amounts to it being a grocery store. An attempt to return a housewares item bought at another Walmart along the gold coast yielded a "no-can-do" from the staff. The staff was very friendly and approachable - something that is not a given on a nation-wide level for the more general company brand.

Would not open a regular checkout line when requested to do so. All self check outs were full and I had a buggy over flowing. I should not have to scan that amount of groceries myself. I dont mind if I only have a couple items but come on a whole buggy! I left it sitting there. They can deal with it. Im sure Ill be the gossip topic tonight.

Its smaller than the normal Walmarts being that its a "neighborhood" Walmart. It doesnt have all food products that you may be searching for; in addition it has no electronic section. Fortunetly this location has a pharmacy and it is for the most part a good place for getting most of your weekly groceries. (Mostly self check out registers)

Well it is a combined stored. It is close by to my house. It has low prices plus prices match and saving catcher. There isnt way you will loose money, however you are buying fresh and good. The only bad thing it that it doesnt have as much as a super center. But other than that it is a great store every one is super nice and helpful!

Went to this new Walmart because it was closer then the one on gibsonton.. Huge mistake it took the slow as crap cashier 20 mins to check one person out. She was super rude and acted like she didnt give a crap about even being there. They were out of a lot of things I went there to get so I still had to go to the gibsonton Walmart..

Had two online orders delivered to the big ben store. There were to be really for pick up on the same day. But the store rejected the delivery of one of the orders. To punish the delivery person for being late. So I have to make two trips to the store to get my orders. When store managment playing games. It the customer the loses.

I like to grocery shop here because its always cheap and has deals. Even if they arent the cheapest they will give you the difference back through their savings catchers app. Also you can get any regular Walmart item sent here with site to store. Ive purchased my sons baseball socks using savings catcher and Walmart pay

Very clean and organized store. Associates are very helpful and willing to assist. Anytime I go here the isles and shelfs seem to be kept very tidy. Typically less registers open, and self checkout seems to be most used (could be the times I visit.) Overall great store. I really like this location.
