I go to Target because I expect superior customer service for a slightly higher price than Walmart.. Boy was I wrong. I took back a Settlers of Catan board game that my brother in law bought me for Christmas, he told me he paid $44 for the game and I only received 33 bucks back on a gift card. When I went back to ask why, I was told that the we are only given the lowest price since we do not have the receipt. The thing is in its original undisturbed wrapping and is listed in store for $41.99 also it is sold out so technically I did them a damn favor and gave them $10 for doing it. The coup de grace was that when I asked how I am supposed to know that $33 is the lowest price the woman at returns smirked at me and said, "I guess you will just have to take my word for it."

Ive been using this Target Pharmacy for over 5 years. Our family spends $500+/month on Rxs, and I originally came to Target for their prices. What keeps me from shopping around every month is their service. They are super diligent, helpful, and personal, which I wouldnt expect from a large chain. They do lots of extras, like calling me if Ive forgotten to pick up a prescription, giving me coupons for expensive medicines, even recognizing me as I walk up. Theyve caught drug interaction problems my Dr didnt. I dont know how Target attracts and keeps this level of employees, but Im glad they do! Im not thrilled with Targets prices or quality, but they get my business for some items because of the pharmacy.

I purchased a Hoover Vacuum ($100) and a Bissel steam cleaner ($200). I also purchased the protection plan for the $17 The cashier stated that it would extend the warranty an extra year to 2 years. She also stated that if I had a problem that I could just bring the steam cleaner back and they would replace it. THAT WAS A BIG FAT LIE!! Once you call the replacement plan # they tell you that you have to submitt a written request for a REFUND!! What? I thought they would replace it! HENCE the name REPLACEMENT PLAN! SO i did send a request and they are now giving me the run around. Now I know why our economy is in the toilet. thanks to crooks like target. Stick with WALMART. At least they honor their plans!

I ordered a ring from the Target website and paid $29.99 for it. The shipping statement said it could be returned via mail or a Target store for a refund. I took it to the store and not only would they not issue a refund and credit my credit card they would only issue a Target gift card for $7.93. Needless to say, I will never purchase anything from Target again. Online or in a store. I would give them less than one star if it were an option here. I can see now how they continue to make money....stealing from their customers!!!

I went to target today and had to return stuff from three different purchases. I felt like it was going to be really complicated but Niya was extremely helpful and patient, as well as polite. She took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly and I was confident in the way she handled the returns. I go in this Target very frequently and have always had stellar customer service. Thanks Target and a huge thank you for Niya. I really appreciate the positivity and willingness to help from this Target crew!

Called into the store for a price match regarding Beats headset. Was clearly told target would match the price. After driving 25 minutes from Spartanburg, I was told that price would not be matched. In addition. you would have thought the gentleman managing customer service would have been apologetic.. NOT! Instead he was nonchalant and relatively rude. Target typically provide good service but this was horrible and extremely unprofessional

I simply called up there to put something on hold, and was told they would not put it on hold because "its just one of those items." I have a sister who works at target and the only thing you cant put on hold is clearance items. When I asked why its just "one of those items" I couldnt get an answer. Im clearly disappointed in the customer service I received here and WILL be shopping at the Simpsonville store instead.

Staff is generally very helpful. Food options are pretty good as well. Be sure to use the cartwheel app. Also check the online price of pricier items. For example, one item was $75 online, but $99 in store since they were running an in store special (which was still more than the online price). Staff will generally match the online price and allow you to use your coupon if you just ask.

Usually love I target, but as a mom with a new baby I had to leave. They dont have any carts that hold car seats and the carts arent big enough to fit the car seat and still shop. I usually put my daughter in a baby wrap for situations like this, but I had forgotten it. Target, please get some of these carts. Walmart and Pubix both have them and its so convienent and safe. Thanks!

Great Deals on Paper & Personal Items. Staff is very friendly, store is well kept. Managers are Anti-Coupon, so make sure you have all the rules with you and be ready to call corporate if you arent rich and trying to save a couple bucks. Some Cashiers think they are Managers, and will bust your balls over coupons. Grocery Shop @ Publix definitely for better value on food.

What isnt there to love at Target?! The buyer for Target must have access to my brain and stock their stores with all of my favorite things. This is why I go in there to purchase kitty litter and end up with $200 worth of clothing, shoes, makeup, housewares, etc. Target is wonderful, and it is also the devil for having so many wonderful items that I want to purchase.

Malik at the woodruff road store was extremely unhelpful. I asked for a manager being that I had been standing in customer service area for 10 min. He was called. Never showed up. Found him and his manager though by myself. Malik told me couldnt help me while stand at the ladies department doing nothing but hanging his arm on a clothes rack. GREAT cs...not

This is a fairly nice Target with all of the typical merchandise you would expect from a large square footage location. The biggest drawback is the access being on Woodruff Road and the back entrance only leading to a gated community. Some Targets now have self checkout, this one does not and would be nice to have.

Always seem to have a lot of empty space on their shelves. They are frequently out of what I need. Tonight they had 2 registers open besides the self checkout. Not enough help in self checkout and long lines in regular check out. I will not be visiting this target again. Fairview road target is much better.
