I had to make two returns for a pair of jeans I received for Christmas. I just didnt like the design of them. But after each return the one lady who returned them for me. Keep watching me through out the store. I did leave and shopped through the mall and came back and got what I needed in left. But each time I came in there she made me feel uncomfortable. Watching me like I was going to steal something. Which I do work in retail so I know the looks. But the last two times I came in there she made me feel so uncomfortable. Will be awhile before I ever come back.

if you want to know why this company is dying, just walk into the store. HORRIBLE employees, trained by HORRIBLE management. Absolute KMART level experience start to finish. They tried to tell my wife that if she bought a refrigerator, SHE would have to pick it up off the floor, and carry it out of the store. Youre reading that correctly, SHE would have to physically pick it up, or "call some muscle" as they put it, and carry this fridge from where it was sitting on their floor, through their showroom and out of the store. INSANITY.

Horribly slow staff. Stood in line for 25 mins with only one person in front of me because the girl kept asking questions and rang everything up slower than molasses .... The staff here is extremely slow and not very welcoming. Will not be back. Also, the Sephora staff in this location dsnt know anything about makeup. I had to match my own makeup to my skin because the girl kept giving me WAYYYYY too light of color or too dark.

Seemed like a typical JC Penneys. Everything was well stocked and organized. Could have been a little cleaner and some of the displays and register stations were looking dated. Staff were friendly and helpful

Matthew was wonderful. We came in to get hubby a new suit and he was very patient and kind. He even helped us to order my husbands suit online because he needed a bigger size than what was in store.
