I hate shopping Walmart. Walmart is the kind of giant that squashes out small businesses. I sometimes come here because I dont know where else to buy a particular item or I know the item is less here. Often times, though, I am forced to wander the huge expanse of a store. Whats worse is that, sometimes after wandering the store, when I finally get to the section thats supposed to carry what Im looking for. Walmarts are notoriously easy to steal from. Ive heard several stories of how teens and young adults have just taken things from Walmart without getting caught. Yet, when I walk in the door with a receipt and an item to return, an old man employee is ready to duke it out with me because I didnt take a sticker from him to "tag" me that Im going to return it when I was already walking down the queue line to the customer service desk. The last time we went we bought tires. Least expensive price for 4 tires that we could find and included the full mounting, balancing, and disposal fees. The employees were decent with us. One particular guy was really helpful while the other barely seemed to want to be there. Still, in the end, the tire buying experience was pleasant enough to return for such a service. As for the rest of the store... no. Too expansive, often neglected, and often missing the one singular item that forced me into the sales warehouse.

Ive wor ked in many different Wal marts and the main reason why there are only a few lines one and they wont tell you this is because they dont want to have to pay the people ... if they dont have that many working they pay less.. and yes people do come in and the security in there sucks that is why the open food is all over... they know what is essential dont have cameras and whats places they can go to to steal stuff and how to get away with leaving half eaten crap all over... its disgusting. .. and the ones with the self check out thats where a the store loss happens because people walk out without scanning all there stuff and the one cashier there cant and dont watch every cart in there... so there is the faults of Wal mart .... and yes most the people in there worker wise are rude... Ill admit that... worked with plenty of them... bye Ive said my bit...

First thing .. People who complain about walmart having a long line. If you been working in a walmart register, you will understand sometimes why and who will be causing delay and long lines. Its a costumer most of the time.. Costumer making a mess in the store.. Getting stuff even they drop something they dont care..throwing trash everywhere. .as person working in walmart ive seen how costumer is..walmart store is not gonna be good enough if only employee work for progrees it should be include costumer for not being nasty, dirty. You guys need to cooperate to make our store better .its for individual self disipline.. Simple thing its like 1/100 . 1 employee as if 100 costumer how can we handle you guys if every each of you make a mess in the store. Throwing stuff , spill everywhere.. . As a costumer lets help our store . Take survey in your receipt

Not the best, but one of the better Wal-Marts Ive shopped at. The store seemed clean and everything was well-stocked for the most part. The prices are along the lines of any other Wal-Mart. The cashier that checked me out was friendly, but that is all I can honestly say about customer service. My only complaint was the long checkout wait, typical of most Wal-Marts Ive been to. There were two people in front of me with an average amount of items to check out, and I probably waited in line for between 10 and 15 minutes. There were only two other regular check-out lines and three express check-out lines open. Overall, in my opinion, one of the better Wal-Marts. I would shop here again.

Their management outside of 1 helpful last known as Beverly is a joke, they double charges me and an assistant manager known as face or David Im not sure his last name an older white gentlemen with a side part slightly taller just so you know what he looks like and dont mistake him for anyone else. Tried to give me the run around and refuse me help and tell me I was frustrating him because he didnt want to deal with my problem. There was no courtesy concern logic or anything helpful outside of if you dont feel I have helped you you can reach out to my manager he was incredibly rude creating a negative outlook for the people he leads as well as the customers who have to endure him

Would be awesome if the pharmacy people could do their jobs right. Its already car out of my way because Avon did not have my medicine in stock. I get out there and they say they have it and will have it ready in two days for me, which isnt a problem. When I have to waste my time and gas/money to come all the way back out their though and then they tell me that instead of filling my prescription and having it ready like they said they would, they tell me they sold the rest of it and cannot help me. How about you call the person next time and tell them not to bother coming out yet because you all made a solid team effort to suck at your jobs. I dont have time to waste like this.

Easily the worst Walmart in the Lorain County area. Prices are higher on almost everything, and the store is arranged in a way that. if youre familiar with your average Walmart, you will be completely lost trying to navigate this mess. Not only that, but to quote Bill Burr "They must have got all those letters I wrote them as a kid telling them how I want to be a cashier when I grow up" Because at night-time hours, you will be hard pressed to find a cashier manning a station. Plenty of associates to watch over you while you ring your OWN stuff out to make sure you arent trying to get one by on them (which who can blame anyone, with prices jacked up like that)

I tend to go there early in the morning. I never had any of the issues written in the other reviews. The staff there is usually helpful and friendly. A lot of them are re stocking the shelves but thats understandable. Its got to be done sometime. I left a bag in the cart earlier today and called back and they found it and had it for me to pick up. I was very happy about that and was glad they found it for me. I understand people have different experiences here though.

One of the most important things that I look for is at the store as well stocked in this one was. Store was clean well maintained. Parking lot was in order no shopping carts all over the place clean. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Lines were very short register very well staff. And the store has self-service check outs. As always in Walmart it is hard to find staffing in the regular parts of the store other than at the jewelry counter and Sporting Goods.

This wal mart SUCKS! Not only is the staff Highly unqualified to do their jobs, but they are rude, too!! We have had nothing but problems Everytime we have been there. They are a brand new store and its all morons working there. I wont be going back for anything. If you need something from a wal mart, id suggest driving the extra 15 minutes to Oberlin for that wal mart, at least theyre friendly and know how to do their job!!!!
