My sisters and I had an exceptional experience at this store. With all of us living in different states, we shopped and browsed around Winston-Salem, NC in hopes to find our potential bridesmaids dresses. No idea what designer, what style(s) or if we would find dresses at all. Carla quickly greeted us upon entrance, asked what we were looking for (if anything in particular), and gave us enough time and space to browse the floor inventory (we were early for our appointment). EVERY inquiry we had, she didn’t stutter or hesitate to answer. She was VERY knowledgeable about the designers (and their products available) in the store, what styles would look most flattering on each of our bodies, and she was honest and upfront about it (but not at all, in a rude way). And, although she had a few customers come in after us, she multitasked very well, still making sure we were taken care of – never making us feel like we didn’t matter or were forgotten. The experience was so amazing, prices were decent, and dresses were perfect that we did not leave the store empty handed. Highly recommended!

When I first walked into Patinas in Greensboro, I was instantly greeted by a cheery lady who asked me what I had in mind, and showed me the dresses. As I looked by myself, she would occasionally bring a dress over in the color and style I had in mind. She would reassure me after bringing every dress that I did NOT have to try it on if I truly did not like it, and continued to bring dresses even if I turned some down. She was very attentive, but at the same time let me have space to do my own thing. The dresses were beautiful, and the help was amazing. I have been to many prom dress shops in the last two years, and although the Patinas in Roanoke, VA. was a bad experience for me, and I would definitely recommend going to this one! It was one of the best experiences Ive had in a prom/bridal shop, and I although I ended up not getting a dress from them, I did have a good time.

Visited first primarily based on the positive reviews. My wife and I entered with our sixteen-year-old daughter in search of a prom dress. We were greeted in a very welcoming manner and my daughter was immediately escorted to and assisted with. dresses of her preference. I could not have asked for the service to have been more thoughtfully personalized. She tried on several and received very mindful feedback. We ended up purchasing a dress in which she felt beautiful (and she was indeed.) The attention she received really warmed my and my wifes heart and made it a very memorable experience for her. Alexis helped me out tremendously! She helped me pick out specific dresses based on what I told her I was looking for. When I would come out she would make sure the dress fit correctly and would proceed with finding another dress if I did not like the one I tried on. I was very satisfied with the customer service and experience she provided.

Horrible store hours how can you expect us 9-5 workers to shop when you only open 12-5 each day and for only 6 and 4 hours on the weekend. Never seen anything like it.
