Fabulous Frocks is a wonderful boutique and one of the best places in Charleston (and surrounding area) to find the perfect wedding gown. Fabulous Frocks is filled with designer and couture gowns, at less-than-couture prices. In addition to the once wed and sample gowns, they also showcase designer Kira Elizabeths gowns. I cannot think of a single reason why Fabulous Frocks should not be your first (and last) place to look for your gown. The staff is cheerful and fashionable. They are there for you 100% of the way; whatever they can do to help, theyll do it. All alterations are done in house by the one-and-only Kira Elizabeth. Being a dress designer and maker, Kira understands both the subtle and obvious elements of your gown. At Fabulous Frocks you are in excellent hands, you WILL look beautiful in your gown. I am a more than happy former client/customer of Fabulous Frocks. The day I found my gown, I had already arranged to stop by three other bridal stores later that afternoon - I cancelled all those appointments, no need to look further! The only thing I would do differently: I would have taken advantage of some of their other services. i.e., They have amazingly beautiful veils that you can RENT!

I was very nervous about finding a wedding dress because I am very picky. Fabulous Frocks was my first dress appointment and first time trying on my wedding dress. I couldnt have been more satisfied and high recommend it to ANY bride. As soon as I walked in Kate was very helpful. She listened to exactly what I was looking for, and she was very laid back. There was never a moment where I felt pressured. Every single dress that she picked out for me was exactly "ME". She did such a good job at listening what I was looking for. While trying on dresses Kate was extremely patient and genuine. She respected my budget and picked out dresses that were within my budget. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on and it was completely thanks to Kate!! I wouldnt have thought try on a two piece dress, but I am so happy I did! THANK YOU KATE YOU ARE AMAZING! Another thing I love about this store is the way the dresses are separated. Under $2000 in one area, and above $2000 is another section. This assures that you are only looking at dresses within your budget.

I cant say enough good things about this bridal salon. I was so nervous about wedding dress shopping and Mary Claire made the experience better than I could have ever imagined (I think my mom is ready to adopt her and give me the boot!). She was so patient and incredibly good at listening to what I liked but also suggested styles that I might not have picked off the rack (and then fell in love with). She even called me when a new trunk show came in that had dress styles she thought I would love (and which I ended up buying for my big day). I would recommend Fabulous Frocks to anyone looking for a really relaxed and fun dress shopping experience with some of the most beautiful designers and best customer service around.

I recommend every bride make an appointment to visit Fabulous Frocks! Sarah and her team were wonderful! Not only did they help me find the perfect gown, they held my hand through dress fittings and finding the perfect headpiece and jewelry. They made me feel so welcome and Sarah kept in touch with me throughout the planning process. She and her team are absolutely DIVINE! I recommend Fabulous Frocks for both their incredible selection of gowns {honestly, the best in the greater Charleston area!} and the impeccable care they provide their brides. I had a wonderful experience at Fabulous Frocks! The stylists are SO sweet and helpful. The boutique is charming and all the dresses are unique and gorgeous. I was able to try on a variety of styles and fits until I found the one! The stylists picked out the perfect veil and I felt so gorgeous and just like a bride! Everything came together so perfectly. I used Sarah and her team to find my wedding dress. After much searching, they did such a FABULOUS job of making me feel comfortable and took their time to help me find the right dress. They also allow you to take pictures in your dress, which was VERY helpful. I am a wedding planner professionally and reccomend them to ALL o my brides as they are the best in town! Save yourself some time (and money!) and visit the wonderful ladies of Fabulous Frocks :)

Sarah and Fabulous Frocks were incredible. They have a large and beautiful selection of all types of gowns, and Sarah is great at narrowing down your style. She is patient and encouraging, but honest when needed. Fabulous Frocks makes for a great place to have a positive experience, and is in a beautiful part of Charleston. We loved our experience! They even helped my mom find a nearby hotel before coming in to the shop.

They have so many beautiful dresses. I have very specific taste and was surprised when I found not one, but several that I loved there. The owner Sarah is extremely helpful and easy to talk to - I had a million questions and she was always patient and informative. She and the other girls are eagerly accommodating and friendly.
