Stay far, far away from this store. Initially, the experience of shopping for a wedding dress was pleasant for my fiancé. However, once they have your money, it is a very different experience full of poor customer service and poor management. My fiancé had decided to order her wedding dress from this store, and the dress that she had received looked very different from the dress that she had originally tried on and ordered. When my fiancé had brought this matter to the attention of the store employees and manager, she only received generic, guarded, and at times defensive responses, emphasizing the “all sales are final” policy. Eventually my fiancé was able to speak to the shop owner regarding this issue. The shop owner proceeded to tell my fiancé that she “is the only person that has had this issue” and became very defensive. She offered no solutions to correct the problem, and barely offered an apology. My fiancé attempted to have her alterations performed at this shop as well, which turned out to be a mistake. After her first fitting appointment, she was on her way to the shop for her second fitting appointment. She received a call from the shop, only ten minutes before her appointment, and was told that the alterations (that she had already paid for) had never even been completed due to “human error”. Again, no one employee went out of their way to offer a reasonable solution to this problem. Any time that we had brought any issues to the attention of store employees, management, or even the store owner, the only consistent responses we received were defensive, accompanied by negative attitudes. No viable solutions were offered, and we barely even received any apologies. Now we are left with a dress that does not look like what my fiancé was told she was ordering, and a helpless “all sales are final” reminder from the staff, management, and owner. Think twice before choosing this store for your bridal needs.

Awesome company. I have been a customer for several years. Every time I have had an excellent experience. The staff is courteous, kind, knowledgeable and helped us find dresses, gowns and cocktails for various events. The owner Tabitha couldnt be nicer and her daughter and Tabithas mom are so kind also. She goes out of her way to help her customers and treats them with such kindness. Her inventory is great and carries lines to cover all ages and sizes. They are our favorite place to go for dresses and gowns. They make their clients feel special and thats why we keep coming back. Great establishment and highly recommend them.

I just wanted to take a second to rave and the ladies at Prom, Pageants, and Pretty Things for helping us this past Friday in such a crunch. Even though my daughter didnt win gown I dont think she would have won her division without the gracious help from all of you. It did not go unnoticed and Im so thankful that you ladies were all so sweet and willing to help. When we entered the boutique they were all willing and eager to help. We spent most of our Friday afternoon there while they made adjustments for her gown to be stage ready on Saturday. I seriously cant thank you all enough!

I love this store! One stop shopping for all your pageant,wedding, and special occasion attire. Friendly atmosphere and special attention always. If they dont have it they will find it for you! I have never been unsatisfied, if I am not happy they find a way to make happy. Wouldnt know what I would do without them! The owner is the best around in customer satisfaction. Just ask my daughter or granddaughter.

Staff not very forth coming with me about "hidden" pricing/details and very unapologetic. I experienced alot of miscommunication between myself and the staff during alterations phase. You can only do alterations on tues/thurs. Overall, I wouldnt recommend for wedding needs, Maybe proms or pagents but NOT WEDDING NEEDS.

Every time you walk in to the Proms Pageants and Pretty Things store you automatically feel welcomed! From invested and knowledgeable staff, to first class merchandise this is the place to go for any special event! As Miss Virginia they help me look my best at every event. I cant wait to go back!
