I went in just to browse & an employee ran to me and screeched rudely at me , "It takes TWO HOURS to try on dresses. We cant do that today." she then stood behind us as i looked through dresses & told me i should go to another store, she proceeded to tell me all the hours of the other bridal stores in town with a rude look on her face. My mother mentioned we were looking at dresses online and she went into a story about some dumb girl who ordered a pageant dress online and it took them forever to fix it and they shouldnt of even tried since she didnt order the dress from them. so rude and stuck up. So glad there are other bridal stores in town with a larger selection and nicer employees. (i just read the top review and its of a girl that fits the description of the dumb girl that the woman referenced. thats so mean.)

DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!! They are racist and very rude! first i was told that i wasnt allowed to look at brides maid dresses because i was looking for a prom dress. She then while still in earshot referred to my friend as "that black girl" to another employee. Shortly after that a group of Hispanics came into the store and again while still in earshot of me and my friends the lady started making racist comments to her coworker saying things like "why do they always travel in packs", "theres like 15 Mexicans in here", "they must be on the way to a Quinceanera". So again dont go they are over priced and dont cared about you or surprisingly your money either and they will you that!

The customer service is horrible! Acted as if they did not want my business. When I walked into the store there was two ladies at the counter, who did not greet me by the way....I walked up to the counter and I told them I was looking for a wedding dress, she asked when is the wedding I stated august of next year and she pointed to the wall of dresses and that was it, I spent all of 20mins in this store and no one helped me or asked if I needed help, their personal conversation was more important than the customer.

I would not recommend. They are racist and just take your money. They take your money and your measurements but dont order the right size. The owner pretty much told me to go to hell and that I didnt have to take the dress if I didnt want it. I spoke to the owner and she told me that we either take the dress or dont as she didnt care.

A few of the workers are not friendly. I took a prom dress there to get altered, (I did not buy the dress from Southern Brides), and I was not treated well by the owner when she found out my dress did not come from their store. She did a good job on the alterations but was not very friendly. I would not recommend going there.

Jonnette and the staff at Southern Brides are just fabulous. They are always willing to help me with anything I need. Apparently some of these other people have issues. Lisa and Jonnette are the greatest.

I wouldnt waste my time here. All Occasions or Foxy Lady would be the best place for Bridal or Prom. They are rude and disgusting and not much to chose from.
