Oh my goodness. What can I say?! Alfred Angelo Bridal was fantastic right from the start. After visiting several bridal shops both in Ontario and New York, and not even getting any hints of what I was looking for, I finally discovered this gem of a place. Entering the store for my appointment, several friendly women were there smiling happily as they would for each of my several return trips. When introduced to the showroom, I found a wonderful selection of unique and very clean looking gowns. I mention clean because some other bridal shops dresses have been tried on to the point of looking grey and dirty, but this place was very clean, and you could tell care was taken of the dresses. Fast forward a bit, I ended up purchasing 2 dresses here, and a third at another location (destination wedding, home wedding, dress to change into for receptions) - this was another time where the staff impressed me - they were just as interested in looking at the other style of dress purchased elsewhere, and were genuinely excited for me for all 3. Any other store I feel the associates would have tried to put it down because it wasnt one of their dresses but these assistants earnestly loved their industry and cared about their customers having a perfect wedding day..... incredible customer service throughout the full experience. Honestly, the selection at Alfred Angelo was wonderful in itself, but the best part about this place is their staff - I feel like I have new friends there, honestly. I cant wait to go back on a trip to the States to show them my photos - they were pleading with me to remember to visit them so they could see all the wedding pictures! :) I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They made something potentially stressful (Im picky!!) into a fun experience. Thank you Alfred Angelo team - Id name you each here but dont want to miss anyone out because youve all been awesome!!!! AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! For a "high end" bridal shop Im absolutely disgusted. The people that work there dont have a clue whats going on. I ordered a dress for a wedding Im in.when I picked it up in January the fabric was lumpy and looked terrible. The girls assured me their seamstress would fix it. So I waited until the latest I could for alterations as I was worried about gaining or loosing weight... Just to gave the seamstress tell me she cant fix it! Then the manager tried telling me she didnt see anything wrong with it. After a half hour she said she could rush reorder the dress since the wedding was a month and a half away... Then she was going to take my dress and not give me any written confirmation. When I asked for something in writting she merely wrote "dress being reordered" .....its two week til the wedding I still dont have my dress, everytime I call they act like they dont understand what my situation is... Then when I tried to make a new alterations appointment they were booked and ask if there wasnt somewhere else I could go... Are you kidding me?! The MOH tried to pick up her dress and was told she needed to come back because they had no idea if it had been altered yet!!! Two weeks until the wedding and we dont have our dresses this is a complete nightmare. They dont even deserve one star.

I had the best experience at Alfred Angelo!! Everyone at the salon was so kind, friendly and helpful from the very first time I went there to look for a wedding gown. Being a plus-size, curvy bride, I had some doubts about finding a dress I really loved and feeling good about the shopping experience. I didnt think there would be a good selection or sizes available, but they had many I could try on and I never, ever felt uncomfortable or unhappy with how I looked or how I was treated. My bridal consultant helped me choose the perfect dress and from there, everyone was so helpful when I had questions/concerns. I wanted to make changes to my dress and they were very supportive and listened to what I wanted. I had to order a piece to fabric to create sleeves for my dress and they were very helpful. The alterations were perfect and my dress was so beautiful. Parts of it were basically custom-made, and I loved that about it. I received so many compliments on it all day. We also ordered my bridesmaids dresses from them and they were super helpful in that process, as well. I genuinely enjoyed going there and am so glad I chose them. Would definitely recommend! : )

Went there on a Saturday, and they were pretty busy. I did not have an appointment, as I had no intention of actually buying a dress (just window shopping). We actually had gone to Davids Bridal before and I was NOT impressed. My mom and I walked in and were immediately greeted. All the girls were working with brides that actually had appointments, so my mom and I just looked around. After about 20 mins Sue came and talked to us. Upon finding out we didnt have an appointment she checked her schedule and said she had about an hour before her next came in. We had found 5-6 dresses we liked so she pulled the first 3 for me to try on. They supply a sample bra and slip which I was surprised about. All 3 dresses were BEAUTIFUL, but as I said I had no intention of buying...that is until I found THE dress. The second one I tried on, had everything AND pockets!!! The price couldnt be beat, even by the prices online I had seen....or so I thought. Sue then told me that all the dresses were $100 off that weekend. Fate? I think so, needless to say I have my wedding dress now and could not be happier!

I have such an amazing experience as Alfred Angelos today I dont even know where to begin. I thought I had found my dress already and was just looking to see what they had. My consultant is Shannon, I showed her the dress I already had picked out and she pulled a dress that looked like it only BETTER! I didnt even have an appointment and she worked with me for over 3 hours. She showed me every vail and awesome pieces of jewelry. In the end I ended up saying Yes! to the dress. I couldnt be happier with the deal I got and will recommend this bridal shop to everyone! Cant wait to go back to look at bridesmaids dresses. I went during the day on a Wed. Ive found no matter where you go and even if you have an appointment if it is the weekend the place is going to be crazy. I suggest going early in the day during the week for the best service no matter what bridal shop you go to. Best of luck to everyone, call AA and ask for Shannon. She was fun, gave me tons of great ideas, and wasnt pushy at all!

My mom and I came here on a whim looking for mother of the bride dresses. The staff was so accomodating to us despite coming in on a busy day without an appointment (we didnt know we needed to make one). One of the managers (Jeanann) helped us throughout our visit and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect dress. She even pulled a dress off of a mannequin that had just come in that she thought would look great on my mom (and this was actually the one we ended up getting). Jeanann and the rest of the staff were so upbeat, fun and relateable and made what previously had been a stressful search into one that was fun and exciting. My mom left feeling so confident and beautiful and I am so thankful to the staff for being so wonderful. In addition to the staff the store was welcoming, clean and professional as well... I would definitely recommend this store to others!
