This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Ordered my bridesmaid dress in JANUARY and had to learn from another bridesmaid a few weeks ago that they were ready to pick up, nobody ever called to notify me. Finally got the dress home to try on and the zipper got stuck with the dress on me, so I took it back to them to be fixed. They took a week to fix it (the wedding is in a week). When picked up, the dress was never shown (the girl gave the paper to verify it had been "picked up" and went on her way showing earrings to another customer.) Got to my seamstress appointment to get alterations and the bottom of the zipper was falling off and frayed and it looks like she ripped the dress!!! I immediately took it back up and the girl said it would be "an easy fix"...if its an easy fix why did the seamstress screw it up so badly in the first place? Also she tried to say that it was probably coming apart from me pulling it down when I tried it on (IMO a $200 dress should not fall apart from being pulled on") which was funny because I saw how frayed it was and didnt bother putting it on. I agreed to them fixing it but asked about the hem which I was probably going to have to pay extra for because of the short notice. The girl told me that their seamstress had an open appointment and could do it the next day but that I would have to pay full price for it. No thanks. I will not be returning to this store after this situation is sorted out. Save yourself the trouble and go to another bridal store!

This review pertains to the Gibsonia location. I had excellent service, in spite of the fact that I was definitely purchasing a wedding dress on a tight budget. Linda (who was AWESOME) was my main consultant, although others in the store would help as well. Even after finding out what my budget was and that I was more interested in their sample dresses, I still received fantastic customer service. Im super happy with my wedding dress, paid less than $500 for a 2011 blue by enzoani sample dress in immaculate condition, and didnt feel pressured or bullied into purchasing it. I can sometimes take awhile to make up my mind when Im shopping, nothing but utmost patience from the workers. There were no problems with having a "yes" pile of dresses to try on again a second time. My only complaint is that there are so many dresses it can be difficult to navigate through the store. They didnt have a huge selection of sample dresses...but I cant complain too much because I did find THE dress for me there!! Also appreciate the thank you card that I received in the mail.

Great Great Great service!! I made my appointment during a very busy time, but they still had time to just help me. I had Janet and she was amazing. Im indecisive and tried on a million dresses and they were so patient even though I liked them all! I came back 2 more times and each time they were ready for me and just as enthusiastic about my dresses as the first time. I fell in love with a Maggie dress from a different shop that Exquisite didnt usually carry. So they ordered a loaner dress to come in so I could try it on at Equisite because I loved the shop so much. I wanted that dress and I wanted it from Exquisite, so they ordered it for me, even though it wasnt a dress they usually had. When the loaner came in for me to try on, it was delivered to their other location, and the owners son drove it over to the rt.8 location so it would be there when I came in to try it on. I still need to have my fitting so Ill updated you with how that goes. Im confident it will go so well!

this was the first place I went when starting to look for bridal dresses, I had no intention of trying one on and had a set idea of the style I wanted....the associate who helped me pulled those but also pulled one she thought would look great on me......tried it on fell in love! Still kept my appts at 4 other bridal stores (did one day of shopping with my mom, sister, and best friends) and made exquisite my last stop. Of all the places they made me feel very welcome, accommodated our large party very well and were very involved with our appointment. I ended up getting the dress the associate first recommended the first time I was in and its perfect! I ended up getting all 10 bridesmaid dresses there as well and the staff was very friendly in assisting everyone. I have had all my fittings with Debra the seamstress and she is amazing! She altered my dress perfectly and was great to work with! I highly recommend Exquisite Bride in Murrysville.

I got not one, but two wedding gowns from The Exquisite Bride (one for the reception!), and my 8 bridesmaids and my flower girl all looked spectacular on the wedding day. We all got our alterations done there as well. Karen, our seamstress, was amazing and completely transformed my second dress into the party dress I wanted! She also put in sweetheart necklines in all the bridesmaid dresses. The bridesmaids measurements were taken perfectly so most of them barely needed any work done, maybe just a hem. The sales staff is so outgoing and friendly I instantly felt like part of the "family." Every time I went in they knew me by name and asked me about my plans. I got all my accessories and the bridesmaids accessories from there too. They are really a one stop shop! I am going to be recommending The Exquisite Bride to all my friends, and hope you stop in and find the dress(es) of your dreams like I did!

I purchased my dress at the Murrysville location over a year ago and have visted the store approximately 12 times since, for various services. Every experience was more than pleasant. They greeted me and always knew who I was, what I was coming in for and were always eager to assist. I worked with several of the young ladies there and they were always a delight. My mother worked with Providence, one of the owners for her mother of the bride gown, and could not say better things of the store and the staff. This is especially important because my mother always thought her gown shopping would be challenging to find. I would highly reccommend this store to any of my friends or family members. I did not get a chance to work with everyone, but the young ladies I was able to work with were wonderful.

Unprofessional is an understatement of these people. I went here to try on a dress I liked to make sure I didnt like it better than this one i "loved". Went there, tried the dress on, was not impressed, and told them I would be buying the other dress from a different store. They asked who made the dress and the model number, and told me they could get the dress in and asked if I wanted to buy it today? I asked them how much it would be, they asked how much it was at at the other store, I told them, they said thats how much it would be then. Haha. I said I would have to think about it, then the owner literally stood right infront of me with her mouth covered and whispered to another lady as I stared right at her. She kept whispering. Seriously? Is his how you run your business? What a joke.
