My sister/Maid of Honor booked an appointment for us at the Palmetto Bridal Boutique. It was not what I was expecting at all!! Their level of customer service has surpassed my expectations, by far. The staff and Nancy, the owner, are all fabulous!! Wish I could hire them to help me with the rest of this wedding planning stuff!! Their selection was more than I hoped to find - I was not expecting to find a dress for me or for my Maid of Honor but we found BOTH THE BRIDES AND MOH DRESSES!! The Palmetto Bridal Boutique was our second stop for "the dress". The FIRST one I tried on was it. I mean, IT!!! Perfect fit!!! Exactly what I had in mind, too. I did not think we could find anything close to what I had in my head, that I was going to walk down the aisle in a dress I thought was "okay" (because truth to be told - I had really looked all week before my Mom and sister/MOH came in town). My dress is not "okay" like I accepted it might be; my dress is *absolutely beautiful, beyond stunning*. The first dress I tried on was MY DRESS!!! Could not be happier with my dress - just wish I could wear it more than once!! Forever grateful for The Palmetto Bridal Boutique. Because of The Palmetto Bridal Boutique, I will be the *Most Beautiful Bride* <3 Thank you, Nancy and Palmetto Bridal Boutique. I cannot wait to send you pictures! If youre planning your wedding - use your time wisely and make this your first stop (I wish I had)!!!

I chose Palmetto Bridal Boutique based off of the reviews and I could not be happier with my decision to go here. It was my first experience dress shopping and it was absolutely AMAZING!!! Nancy is the sweetest person and was very encouraging and patient as I determined dress by dress what I liked and didnt like. The environment was very comfortable, as I did not feel as though I was being forced to buy that day or judged for not wanting to spend a fortune on my dress. To my surprise, I FOUND THE PERFECT DRESS - which was completely unexpected since it was my first time dress shopping. I would recommend going here in a heartbeat! She has a gorgeous dress selection that happens to be very affordable! She had a very sweet employee as well (I cant recall her name - I was too caught up in the moment) that added to the overall experience. As you can tell, I am very very pleased and excited to have picked this boutique and will write a review for each step of the process moving forward :) If you are thinking of going here, go! :)

Nancy is incredible! I went into her store wanting to try on Sophia Tollis low back dress collection. This was my first wedding dress store on my list and I was expecting to visit several other stores after her store. When we arrived, she walked us around the store and then explained each dress to me as I inquired while we walked around the racks. I began pulling several dresses to try on and Nancy helped me try on each one. Nancy has over a hundred different wedding dresses and she aims to keep the price under $2,000. She gave me the first class treatment and had me try on her favorite dress first. Ironically enough, I fell in love with the first dress and none of the other dresses even compared. I left the store with my perfect wedding dress and perfect price! Nancy spent over 5 hours with me and I will never forget my incredible experience! I would highly recommend visiting Nancys store first and youll probably fall as much in love with it as I did!

After going to 3 different Charleston stores with no luck, I finally discovered Palmetto Bridal Boutique. They are genius in that they actually show all their available dresses online with prices! As a budget-conscious bride, I was disappointed in Charleston to go to a store, only to find out that it was way over my budget. I spent sometime looking online at what dresses they had available so it saved time in store because I had a solid starting point. Palmetto Bridal Boutique has a great selection at various prices. It was easy to make an appointment and they were awesome. I actually bought a dress from them off the rack! Their off the rack selection is actually gorgeous dresses, not the outdated dresses like many stores offer. There was a slight tear in the lace on the off-the-rack dress that I noticed. They actually took off a bit of money from the price and hand-sewed it together for me - good as new! Now that is service!

I highly recommend buying a wedding dress from Nancy (store owner) at Palmetto Bridal Boutique. Her store has a good variety of reasonably priced dresses. All under $2000! I received impeccable service and felt like a princess trying on dresses. Nancy helped me choose a variety of dresses to try on based on a few pictures I showed or described. She helped me get into each dress and gave me plenty of time to show it off to my family. I also purchased my veil the same day. My bridal portraits came quicker than I was ready for, and Nancy allowed me to come back into the store and try on the dress (altered at this point) to select jewelry to match! To top it all off they even steamed my dress a few days before the wedding at no additional cost. I had no problem choosing my dress and was so happy with all their wonderful service.

I wish I could give Palmetto Bridal 10 stars because 5 stars is not enough to express how wonderful this boutique truly is. Nancy was absolutely great the first time I went in her shop. That was the first place Id been to look for a dress and I found the perfect dress there at her store on the first day of dress shopping. She was so helpful and she took her time with me. She made my experience so special. Palmetto Bridal is the #1 bridal shop in Charleston, SC!!!! Im so blessed to have been able to find my dress there and to have the opportunity to work with Nancy. Her store manager is really great too. Shes so sweet. I recommend Palmetto Bridal to every bride. Her prices are amazing too. Thank you Palmetto Bridal for helping make my special day so perfect!!! I cant wait to show Nancy pictures of my wedding day.

Loved this place!!! I could not find any dresses that were remotely what I was looking for in the past two bridal places I went to. In fact, the second place I went to I was almost in tears because I was so frustrated. However, Palmetto Bridal found exactly what I asked for and even broadened my horizons by picking things for me to try on that I hadnt thought of wearing before. I loved just about every dress I put on. They were also very well knowledged in knowing what seamstresses could do to improve the dresses. I ended up finding the perfect dress here. I cant thank them enough for helping me find my perfect dress and I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a well made dress.

This was the worst shopping experience of my life. We called ahead to make sure they could accommodate a plus size bride. This was far from the truth. The nasty sales associate was obsessed with my weight and body shaming me. She said it wasnt worth trying on the dresses, that I should just pick a dress from the catalog, take my measurements, and hope it fits. My friends and family were horrified and we left in tears. The next boutique I went to I was able to try on every dress I picked out regardless of size, and I felt respected and beautiful. Palmetto Bridal Boutique should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such a dreadful person.
