Do not shop here. I went into the store looking for a prom dress on March 28th and my senior prom was held on April 17th. I walked into the store not knowing exactly what I wanted but the lady showed me around to a few dresses and took me to see one that was out on display and I liked it and asked to try it on. Tried it on and fell in love with it but it was too big and it was a size 10, so my mother and I purchased a dress from them because they said they would order me a size 8 and that itd be here in plenty of time. That wouldve left basically three weeks to get the dress. So the days go by and I started to get antsy and keep calling in and checking in. The week of April 5th, we call in and one of the ladies stated that Id have the dress that Wednesday, no later than that Friday. Friday comes. No call. Now I have a week left and Im highly upset now. My mother and I are constantly calling in & that Tuesday, April 14th, I call in and she says were waiting for the delivery now, Ill call you as soon as it comes in. Hour or so later, I get the call, my mother and I are on the way to the Citadel Mall. We arrive, I get the dress and I put the dress on to only realize it fits the same way as the 10 did. I look at the tag, the indications of what the dress is and the size is whited out and the tag is no longer in the dress. Some of the beads were missing and the wire in the bottom of the dress was hanging out. My mother had already put down a $200 payment for about a $300+ expense and so now I have 3 days left until prom and this was the dress I already had plans for and so I took it anyways. They charged my mother $15 for shipping. Shipping of what? If you shop there, make sure the dress is perfect as is so you can walk out, otherwise take your time and money somewhere else.

Do not shop here at all. Read the reviews posted by the other people. And believe me there are more people than just these few unsatisfied customers. Services for Mrs. Sheila where carried out and in turn was promised cash and a dress for a young womans prom. After the woman stopped working for her, money was still owed and a dress has yet to been ordered. Some time goes by and text messages had gone back and forth all recorded btw and still no cash and no dress ordered. Now here it is one day before the young girls prom the women who worked for her and mother went to the store to get dress and she had no dress and still hasnt paid cash that is due. She gave no explanation to why the dress wasnt ordered and then when asked for the remaining balance of money that was owed she simply said she had no funds available. So this hurt two people the young women who was getting a prom dress who couldnt afford one on her own and the person who worked for is out a paycheck. Does this sound shaddy well of course it does cause she not only hires people under the table she also hires her whole family and doesnt pay any taxes on services rendered. Not to mention tax fraud.which since she screwed with the right one i intend on reporting her to the tax commision and going after her business license as well as having her audited. So be fare warned future employees this one will not only lie to you and promise things she will also screw you when she gets what she wants out of you. And to think i was going to take my wife and her maidens of honor there to pic out whatever weddings dresses they wanted. Absolutely not anymore

Dont waste your time shopping here... I went in with my friend in January and wasnt planning on getting anything but I tried on one and fell in love with it. beautiful dress.. anyway so it needed alterations, it was a size up but they said they could work with it. they told us it would be ready in 2 weeks. I walked out feeling excited about my prom dress. two weeks go by.. no call. two more weeks go by... no call. so I called and they said it was ready, but after I told them I was coming that weekend to get it they said they needed more time. gave them two more weeks. so finally, after two MONTHS we went back to get the dresses and my alterations hadnt even been done. they took in a little on the side, the pins were still in the bottom of my dress from where it needed to be hemmed. they assured me on the first day they would have it done and they didnt. then, to top it off, she tried to say "oh, you mustve gotten tinier!" no. I assure you, I just came off spring break and I am the opposite of smaller. so now, I have 2 weeks until prom with a dress that doesnt fit. moral of the story: stay away from this store!!

Brides Beware!!! This was one of the worse experiences I have ever jad. Everythg that could go wrong did. Bridesmaid dresses came in 3days before my wedding, tuxedos that were too small for my hisbands best man and our ring bearer was given back to them the day of the wedding. This is a very unprofessional establishment. She can never gove an accurate account of when your items will be in, she throws #s from the top of her head. The owner was just all over the place, shes very uninformative. All dresses except 1 bridesmaid dress was paid for in full for a whole year and she still blamed us, she never even ordered my maid and matron dresses so those had to rushed. I would give this store a 0 rating if I could!!!

I saw the terrible reviews on line and was very skeptical. However, i decided to take my daughter here to find her prom dress. To my surprise, we had an amazing experience. The 2nd dress my daughter tried on melted my heart, however it wss a tad bit to small in the breast. Ms Sheila and Kim came up with a quick solution and my baby can have the dress of her dreams. I cant speak for any of the bad reviews, but i need everyone to support this black owned business. Not only because she is black, but because Ms Sheila is amazing! Give her a chance!!!!
