I went in about 2 weeks ago to get my phone fixed. An Iphone 6s and i went in and paid around $180 to get my screen fixed. The LCD and the screen was broken. I came back 2 hrs later to pick up my phone up and was happy when i seen that it was fixed. He did let me test the phone, so i just unlocked it. As soon as i got back into the car and tried to type i realized that the left side of my phone was taking a long time to react to my touch, i didnt want to complain or say anything to them because i thought it was just my phone getting used to the new screen. Then a week went by and it was still doing it, but this time i couldnt even get the left side to do what i wanted without having to keep touching it. Yesterday my screen started to act like it had a mind of its own, it started typing by itself and just doing whatever it wanted. I restarted my phone so many times and it still did the same thing to the point where it locks me out my own phone. I really dont want to hear that its a bug bc this is one thing my phone never did, until i got it fixed. My phone is completely destroyed now, the screen ended up popping out and it only fell once and that was today AFTER all the weird stuff happened with my phone. Im not sure if i can get a replacement screen or a refund, but im just letting it be known that this is not the place to go for a phone repair. The customer service is really good though.

I currently own an IPhone 5c of which someone accidentally dropped my phone and the screen cracked. Of course, I lived in Miami when this happened and people are not really your "loyal friends" so I had to find a cheap way to replace the screen. (Meaning my so called friend didnt even bother to give something to help) Im a geek, Im really into technology a lot for a girl. So I decided to buy the screen and replace it myself. Well long story short, I couldnt get one screw out because the screw head was broken, meaning there was no way the screwdriver was screwing it out. Well anyways, I went to cellular doctor (mind you, I just moved to North Carolina not knowing where to go for real service) and I asked them if they could please take out that one screw. Believe it, yes they took out the screw with no problem and they even gave me a brand new screw, same screw for free. I offered to pay, they said "no need to". The two guys up front were really nice and friendly. I give them 5 stars because even though they didnt do much, always remember that type of generosity doesnt come around very often. Customer service top notch :-)

Would give this company 6 stars if I was allowed to. Brought my phone (Nexus 4) in and they quickly swapped out the motherboard for me. When I brought it to them, the rear glass cover already had a crack in it from when I dropped it one time. Unfortunately as they were taking it apart, since it was already cracked it got worse as they repaired it. I showed them the problem, and they agreed to replace the back glass cover at no cost to me. You dont find customer service like that very often. I will always use them in the future when I have a cell phone problem, as they went above and beyond what I would consider normal customer service. Im not sure what store the person went to that posted the bad review for these guys, as everyone Ive talked to that uses Cellular Doctor on Independence have been very pleased with their service.

I decided to go with these guys based upon them saying how many years of experience they had, and also they quoted me the best price on both my iPhone 4 and iPod touch repair. Im glad I did...with my iPhone i decided to go ahead and get the back replaced since I already had to get the screen fixed. It came out looking like when I bought it new from Verizon! I was so happy to have my new iPhone, and no longer had to read thru broken screen. also with my iPod touch I needed the volume buttons fixed cause It was stuck on full volume, and they fixed it up without having to mess with anything else. Both were done in around 40 minutes and they gave me a 30 day warranty, did not end up needing it as the work was fine. Thanks again guys for the good work with best price that I found

Two words, Excellent Service !! My son dropped soda on my iphone 4 and after my unsuccessful attempt to revive it, I had no choice but to take it to some professional. I looked up on google to check to see who could fix it and came across these guys. Spoke to guy over the phone and he assured no charge for diagnoses and he would only charge if it were fixed! ! Now who does not want to give it a shot! Guess what! a miracle man, they fixed it ! I am so happy :)) Thanks for the awesome service, and for all you folks out there, I strongly recommend this place.hey and I had a chance to chat with the tech guy there, and he has a a lot of experience, he says 17years and i do not doubt it. I promised the guys at the shop i would write a review. You got it ;)

I contacted Cellular Doctor to repair my LG G2. The service was prompt and decisive. From my initial phone contact with Dennis to my actual visit with Dennis when I arrived I could not have had a better experience. They set an expectation for the time my repair would be completed and the repair was completed at that time. When I returned to pick up the phone, Chris made a recommendation for a screen protector that could minimize possible screen damage. I was so impressed with the product I purchased a second one for another cellphone I own. They transcended my expectations and I will certainly recommended them to anyone who requires service for their cell phone!!!!!!

2/13/2015...I cracked the glass on my Galaxy s3 and was told by several repair shops that the entire screen had to be replaced at a cost of $125-150 dollars. The guys at Charlotte Cellular Doctor were able to replace JUST THE GLASS at a cost of $80. They said the repair would take an hour; they fixed it in 55 minutes and it looks like a new phone. They also convinced me to buy a screen protector that the guy hit with a hammer and it didnt break for $35 bucks (they gave me $10 off the screen protector). Customer service was great, and I would highly recommend to visit them if you have a problem with your phone or other device.

I visited the store on 3-21-15. I called first and the salesman was polite and respectful and quoted me a great price. They didnt try to overcharge me and for the service it was outstanding. I will recommend them to all my friends. They did professional work without trying to have me purchase needless things. Thanks again my phone screen is perfect and you answered all my pertinent questions. I had a screen replacement for a S5 which most cellular repair places want touch or charge u an outrageous price. Thanks again for the great job.
