They take your money and your tablet and promise it will be done in a week. They do no call with updates. I called, they said the part had been shipped and they should get it and fix it the next day. The next day I call to see if I could pick it up. No it either didnt get ordered or it was sent to San Marcos instead and they used it. They reodered the part.. I asked if they next day shipped it? No it would just be another week.. One week later I called to see if it was done. Nope unfortunately they ordered the wrong part and so they reordered again. Again, I asked did you have it next day shipped? He wasnt sure, he would check and call me back. No call. I had to leave town with out it. My wife stopped in 5 days later on her way out of town. They said they had received the part but had not installed it yet. 4 days later when I got back in town I came in to pick it up and talk to the manager about his poor business practices and lack of interest. There was no manager there and then was told that my part just came in today and they had not fixed it yet. They seemed surprised that I was upset. I was told they had piles of other work and "out of site is out of mind" how could they remember to call. They also said that my tablet could have 1 of 7 possible screens and it wasnt their fault they could order the right one. I was told once the opened the back they would know which part to order. Did they expect me to wait 7 week as they rotated through the 7 possibilities? I told them it was their business to figure it out. it is not an excuse. They just couldnt believe I should be upset and a jerk about it. I have only been lied to and had excuses made for 3 1/2 weeks. How long do you go before becoming a jerk? They said they had the part and could fix it and I said no I dont trust you. They refunded my money and gave me my broken tablet back> You can pay $100 for the promise of a new screen or you can buy a new table for $199 at Best Buy. Still no call from a manager.

I brought my iphone 6 in to be repaired in March 2016 for cracked screen. Brandon replaced the screen for $180. When receiving the phone back I had told Brandon that it doesnt feel right...the button is hard to push, it takes a few tries to swipe on the screen, the camera is fuzzy, the button doesnt take the finger print, etc. Brandon said it was because I bent the frame and that is the best he could do. It was either he puts the cracked screen back on or I deal with the repair and pay, so I paid and went on my way. 2 months later in May, the screen went out and had lines on it. I took it back up here and asked if they could see if the glass was pressing on the screen causing it to do this and when the took off the glass and put on a new one it worked fine. They said since the 30 days had passed the best they could do is charge me half, $90, I said ok. After they were finished the phone was perfect, like new, everything worked and felt perfect. I told them that the first job was not done correctly and I should have to pay but they made me pay anyway. If the frame was bent then how did the 2nd repair make the phone perfect? Why even give a warranty if you make people think the job is the best that can be done. In the end I paid twice for a job that should have been fixed the first time. They should have listened to me and tried to fix the job the first time instead of making me pay twice. I feel scammed and now Im out almost $300 for their mistake and they dont care.

If you absolutely need a fast repair or are very technically challenged they will get the job done at a moderate cost. The upcharge I paid for a S4 screen replacement was about 70% more than the cost of the part through Amazon once you add in all of the fees at the end. I settled for it partially not knowing it would cost about $20 more than the quote in other costs and partially because I was on my way out of town the next day for a week. However, the screen I received was inferior in make as the touch buttons on the bottom of it were barely responsive with no screen cover and unusable with a screen cover. The "warranty" they offer is actually non existent as the glass slightly cracked in my pocket the second day I was on the trip, something the old one never did in the 2 years I owned it (back to inferior) and thus the "warranty" was denied. When the cheap screen finally broke again after 3 months, (inferior) I bought a replacement screen online, followed the simple 12 1/2 minute youtube video I found, and had it replaced by the end of my 30 minute lunch break for about half the cost. And amazingly all the buttons actually work.

I was not happy with my visit. I took my iphone 5 here to see about getting a new battery and I wanted them to diagnose it for me just to be sure. They come back and tell me I need a new battery and a screen. THE SCREEN IS FINE.....Then I ask them how much they will buy from me for and they say 5 dollars...These people use car salesmen tactics to take you for all the money they can get. I have over 10+ years experience as a computer engineer, but they still tried to rip me off. And when I returned to get the phone only a girl was at the desk, all the guy techs were GONE.....Everyone taking lunch at the same time? No. They do that so you cant talk to them or ask any tech related questions - what does that girl know? not much because she is NOT a tech. Shes the cashier. Places like this just make you want to learn how to do it yourself. I manage to get the phone fixed by a friend who SHOWED ME the battery just needed to be replaced - the SCREEN WAS PERFECTLY FINE! I hate to say this but Mobile Phone Geeks are liars and thieves. Either that or they dont know what their doing over there....Never again will I go there for anything.

We took my wifes IPhone 6 in to have the charge port replaced, we explained to Ray that the battery only charges on certain lightning chargers from apple, and that the battery drained super fast.. we were told that they were going to replace the charge port and they would call us when they were done, should take about 2 hours...We called and spoke to Alex and went to pick up the phone and it still did not charge correctly (the port might not be the issue). Ray told us they could change it out again with another one and see if that works.. We took his suggestion to change the port out again, it still did not work, so there is obviously another problem with the phone. Alex said that they checked the battery and it was fine, most likely a problem with the motherboard... They went above and beyond trying to figure out the problem, checking multiple areas on phone. They were super knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk to. No charge was a bonus! This is the place to take your electronic devices for repair.. Thanks you Ray and Alex!
