DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED!!!!!! I went there for a simple LCD replacement on my iPhone 6. The lady who fixed my phone did not check to make sure everything worked once she finished so when I got home & tried to turn my fingerprint and passcode back on it said my fingerprint sensor did not work but it worked before then because that was the only way I could unlock my phone. Also I noticed my front camera was fuzzy. When I took it back of course the lady who fixed my phone was not there & they had no paperwork of me ever coming. The lady who was there this time said usually when the fingerprint sensor is broke there is no way to fix it but she would try to see what she could do and for my camera all it needed was to be cleaned. She cleaned my camera but did nothing for my fingerprint sensor. So I came back a third time & the lady who fixed my phone the first or the second time was hiding behind the wall they have & was telling the boy upfront what to say. I left my phone with them for two hours & when I came back they still had not fixed my sensor and they also said they didnt know what to tell me about it. No one apologized for messing up my phone nor were they any help with trying to get the problem solved. I paid $108 when I couldve just put it towards a new phone or getting it fixed elsewhere

I hate to leave a negative review but at this point I feel I have no choice. I brought my iPad to MiPhone to have the cracked screen repaired. The screen was repaired but after powering up the device at home, I realized the wifi was no longer working (or an option in settings). I could not test functionality at the store since the battery was dead. I dropped the iPad off again. On 2/13 I received a text saying the iPad was repaired and ready to go. I picked the device up on the 15th. The rep stated the wifi was working. The device would not turn on while I sat in my car so I assumed the battery was dead. Upon plugging the device in the iPad turned on (66% battery life). Unfortunately, the wifi still does not work. I also discovered the home button and the power button are no longer working as well. At this point I am a bit frustrated that I have now twice been told my device was fully operational when it clearly wasnt . Id be more than happy to leave a positive review if these issues are resolved.

Wanted to get my cracked screen fixed here today, called and called and called no answer, the message is "I must be with a client or talking on another line" Ok I think I will drive down there because it opens at 10. I get there 10:15 NOTHING, there is not a soul in the store, and its all closed. Ok I think I check the hours on the door, M-F 10-6, Saturday 11-5 (or something) Today is a Friday and its 10:15, perhaps he is just running late, so I go next door to this gross pawn shop, and marvel at the crap they are selling from the late 80s early 90s, I head back over its now 10:30, guess what, NOBODY, NOTHING, not a soul. I need my phone fixed and this is no way to run a business. I drive the extra 22 minutes to Lakeline, In N Out Smart Repair, this guy was open since 9 am and he politely helped me fix the screen. Thanks for nothing

This guy is amazing!!! My wife told me about this place after she bought a few used iPads from there for the kids which worked out really well as were on a budget and the kids dont look after there things too well! I was looking in the trunk of my car a night using my smart phone light and accidentally closed in on the phone, amazingly bending the phone but not breaking the screen!! I was gutted as I was about to trade in my phone. After calling The Phone Doctor they asked me to bring it in and theyd take a look. Within 10 minutes it was looking brand new. Great customer service and great reconditioned hardware *5 Stars*

After giving up trying to fix my wifes Nexus 5 phone (no earpiece sound), I Googled phone repair shops near us. Before doing this, I tried everything, including a factory reset, but nothing worked. The closest repair shop was Phone Doctor of Austin (near Lakeway), about 7 miles away. Left the house at 10:15 a.m. and was home by 11:20 a.m. with a new earpiece speaker. Not only was the service professional, friendly AND prompt, the price was very reasonable....much less expensive than buying a new phone. Will definitely use Phone Doctor again and recommend to friends and family.

I went to this location after doing everything I shouldnt have done to my water damaged iPhone6. I waited 4 days after the accident, kept it on, charged it, kept trying to revive it, used the rice trick (all that did was get rice stuck in the charging port and headphone jack), damprid, silica gel packs, and a sealed container. This location only charged $99 and took one and a half business days to fix. I am confident the Apple Store would have taken longer and charged so much more. I will definitely be back for future repairs!

Dropped my phone at 5:30PM, cracked the glass so that I couldnt get past the passcode. Panic set in as I had a flight out the next morning. Borrowed my sons phone and called MiPhone Doctor. He agreed to keep the shop open until I got there. Arrived at 5:55PM, and the screen was replaced by 6:15PM. Phone works great. Reasonable price. Great Service. 5 Stars

They should really create a twitter account & do updates there because i do not appreciate taking a 30 minute walk to their location up steep hills & painful blistering feet in 90 degree weather only to find out it has closed 2 hours earlier. So now i gotta walk back with almost bleeding pinky toes. I am not having that.

This place is unbelievable! I walked in with my phone in total meltdown mode due to an app that gave me a virus. Luke fixed it in 5 minutes flat. I dont know about you, but my phone is my business. Go see phone doctor. They will save your phone and subsequently, your life.

I have used MiPhone Doctor twice now after dropping my phone and shattering the screen. They are super convenient, quick (took one hour to repair my screen), and cheaper than the kiosks at the mall. I would recommend to all my friends/family.

Tonight I was THAT annoying person who came in before close and instead of turning me away, Jeff gladly took my phone and fixed my screen for me. That is great customer service!! Amazing, fast and in a convenient location!

Our family has used this business numerous times and have been extremely pleased with their service and how quickly they get it done! With an 8th grade boy in the house, you need this!!! Highly recommend!
