Buying cell phones and services shouldnt be like buying a car. You should look forward to working with the company, and walk away feeling like their service was excellent. Thats what you get with these folks. I spend about $4000 a year, and have done so for 20 years. My daughter lives in Austin and I trust her them to take care of her. They also will service all of my other business, and we live 1500 miles away in California. They earned our praise and respect, and you should have the same experience. Special thank you to Marte for his absolute professionalism.

Cody, one of the Sales Reps at this Verizon store, was phenomenal. He assisted me immediately and effectively. Cody outlined and explained all my different options with genuine interest. He notified me about the special offers available at the time of my purchase. In fact, days after my purchase, Cody contacted me to notify me about other offers I was eligible for. Lastly, Cody followed up a couple weeks later to check-up. The customer service here is impecable. Cody went above and beyond!

Cody was awesome. I had an issue with my phone that customer support and tech support could not resolve over the phone, so I went in looking to upgrade my phone. Cody didnt try to pressure me into buying the latest and greatest and described phones of only what i was looking for. He then asked if he could try to resolve my phones issue. Switched out the SIM card and done! Saved money and got my phone fixed! Thanks, Cody! It was a pleasure meeting you!

Great customer service! I had no wait and Cody and Tyler were super helpful. They couldnt fix my phone camera problem but got me set up with an early update and even waved the taxes! I also had my one year old daughter with me and she was throughly entertained by their friendliness and attention! Id come to this location again above anywhere else in Austin!

Amazing service and knowledgeable staff! Ive never been so damn comfortable while shopping. Cody was beyond helpful. Not only did he answer all my questions, he even helped me figure out how to download and install an app I couldnt figure out. If anyone wants a cellphone in the area, dont waste your time anywhere else!
