I know most people only write on these sites to complain... but I really have no complaints with our AT&T store. If theyre busy - they will text you when youre close to next in line, so you can go do other shopping. And when youre being helped, they take their time with you making sure they answer all your questions before you go. Our last time here was with a defective phone that had an issue they hadnt seen before. They were on the phone with the mfg customer support, and also AT&T support. They walked us through the process and when we were done, a new phone was being shipped to us.

I tried to call the store to inquire about the availability of a smart watch. 3 minutes and 23 seconds later of commercials and attempts to get nowhere I was returned to main menu. My second question was to have been about transferring service from Verizon. Called Verizon store. In 10 seconds my question was answered.

bad bad visit. Tech wasnt able to help me with my phone. He told me he was the smartest person in the store. Dave or David was his name. In fact he made my phone worst. Not satisfied.

Att is always helpful. There may be a wait because of the CSRs helping others but they still put you on a wait list. Theyll get to you as soon as they can.

They seem nice. If break phone just call online. The store is close enough to Longhorn steakhouse uou can get ATT Wi-Fi if close to the windows.
