I took my broken screened phone there to get a new one and I was told to go buy a go-phone at Family Dollar and bring it back to the store. So I get back with the $15.00 phone and the employees were having a difficult time with the whole situation so I told them I would be back in about an hour to get it. When I got back they were like Oh, we figured it out right after you left, here you go! So i had a working phone, which was good, although no transference of my contacts. Later that evening I made a call and my Pops was like what is this number you are calling from and I was like what are you talking about... Turns out this store had actvated a second line, charged me for it, and left my original number activated as well. When I complained about this somehow my original phone number was deactvated and I couldnt make any calls for about two weeks. The store also refused to refund the money for activating that second line that I never asked for. This store is Risky Business, to say the least! I have to agree with Jenn Non-Ya about the feeling of not being welcomed there. Discrimination maybe... Hmmmm.............

Poor-Fair doesnt even begin to describe how horrible the service is at this store! I went in with my fiance and her mother to get phones and the two main ladies (shall I even call them that, they were more juvenile) ignored us for a while, were of us trying to seemed to be getting irritated with us trying to get phone service with them. Someone from the head department of Cricket wireless needs to come in and clean up the store or they will lose much business thanks to the childish girls working up front. They even talked in Spanish about us to one another and the stuff they said was horrible I thought it was extremely poor of them to do so but loved the looks they had when they realized we understood them. Still having issues with them currently they kept the money from the down payments made on the smartphones we tried to get. Please if you choose cricket avoid this store and take the time to go to another place, I truly hope they remove those girls, or otherwise like Ive said they will lose many clients to girls that care more about getting trashed after work and the drama in their lives. I went in to this store to buy a phone, I decided to get the blackberry curve. So my total came out to 150 for the phone and 50 for the service, it came out to 220 total. A week later I decide that this phone is horrible and the service is worse. I dont like cricket at all this service sucks. I dont get signal anywhere. So I go back to get a refund on the phone and service and this lady at the front with tattoos refused to give me a refund, made up multiple excuses as to why she cant give me a refund. And when I finally convince her to just refund my phone she tells me "The system is down". I wish there was a way around this I really just want a refund so I can get a phone somewhere else. If anyone has suggestions comment on here what I should do.

Walked in to the store to find out about the recent migration and when simply asked about it, the man at the register replied with a very sarcastic-toned response that the migration has been going on for a while. The online instructions for the migration state no activation fees for current customers, and when I asked after he quoted me a 25$ fee, he responded with "I dont know how other places do it, but we are privately owned". From the looks of the other reviews here, the owners may want to look into investing in some sort of customer satisfaction initiative. I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on, even though the Georgetown location is way more convenient. Not worth leaving feeling unwelcome.

Ive been to this location 3 times and only one time was less than bad.. The information online states they the store closed at 7:30pm, I called at 7 and got no answer.. Made it to the store at 7:11 with $700 dollars in my hand to buy an S7. the employee looked at me like I was stupid when I attemepted to open the locked door even though that location should have still been open...

someone please come in that store and clean house. ladies up front are talking on their private phones each and every time ive been there, they appear to be irritated when customers come in and they have to actually work. Worst service Ive ever been associated with.
