I manly want to point out two gentleman who were working on 4/4/16 at about 7pm. My wife and I entered the store with no greeting at all. Now this didnt strike me as odd as the 2 employees are with customers and could possibly be distracted, whatever. We walked around the store for 10 min looking at phones and talking about what we would want for a plan. After 45 minutes of sitting at an empty desk neither employee had even looked at us. The sign in sheet had 1 person in front of us who was there for who knows how long, who I would like to assume was concerned about the customer service as well. Now the employees were doing there job, yes. But fact that it was now 745-8pm and not one word had been spoken to us or the other customer, that was irritating. This lead me on to think of the fact that this store closes at 9, and with that, how was the service going to be from these two if its 830 by the time they get to us. Are they going to not care that they are most definitely going to be here past 9, are they going to pay attention and actively listen to what I have questions about now that I am looking for my own cell plan with my wife? Or will I get the same customer service that we have already gotten and have them rush through the talk and not treat us like a customer that is here mid day? We left early not to get that answer and as expected not one of the two employees that were there even looked at us as we left the store or bothered to say anything at all. This over all experience cost my wife and I maybe over an hour of just sitting. And looked at with the big picture is not that big of a deal, nothing really "happened". And thats the point, nothing happened. Two people walked into a store, spent an hour waiting and left and never spoke with a single person. Now Im not looking at the store as a whole, Im just talking about these two employees who obviously need some more training on customer service and soft skills.

Absolutely terrible service. I walking in today, 6/30 and there were two guys working there. One of them was with some customers, so I walked up to the other guy who didnt look up from his computer until I was at his desk, his name is Matt. I had some trouble with charging my phone. He inspected the phone and declared it a manufacture defect by simply removing the battery and putting it back in. He then pushed me out the door saying that there was nothing at all he could do. I would have to call customer support to get a new phone. That is fine, so I called customer support and it turns out my phone will not be covered and I will have to pay the deductible. I understand that is the policy and I signed a contract that prevents me from doing anything, but what really gets under my skin is the guy at the store. Not only did he give me the completely wrong information, he just wanted to get rid of me. I was in the store with only one other customer and he couldnt spend more than two minutes with me. Verizons own customer service line told me that everything the guy at the store told me was wrong. Unbelievable. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. There is a corporate location further South that I would recommend over this location. This was not the first bad experience we have had here.

My wife and I stopped here to replace her broken phone. We didnt want to upgrade or change her plan, we just wanted to get a new phone. She is on a shared plan, and the contract wont be up for a while so we just needed a replacement. The service rep didnt really try to understand our problem, mainly because she was also trying to have a conversation with the two other employees in the store. Once we got her to understand that we did not want to change our plan, she told us that she couldnt sell us a phone, because, "that would be like 400 dollars!" She never asked us about our price range or our phone needs, she just kept repeating that they didnt sell phones there unless we wanted to pay "like 400 dollars." I finally said forget it and left. We were more than willing to spend $400 for a phone that met our needs. We dont have a landline, so when my wifes current phone broke it was necessary for us to replace it quickly. If the sales rep had bothered to find this out, she might have been able to help us. They didnt want our business so we went to Best Buy and bought a phone. There was a long line, but we got what we needed. Maybe thats why there was a long line there and no customers in the Verizon store.

You have to be persistent with these people. I bought a phone off ebay when my contract ended so I didnt have to spend the extra 20-30 dollars a month in installments (They hate when you do this because they want you to pay as much as possible.) They put in a new SIM card and 5 minutes after I walked out the door the SIM card was rejected. I went back in and asked for a new SIM card. The gentlemen named Jacob insisted that it was a bad phone and I should get one through Verizon. I asked if it could be a bad SIM card and he said that it would be impossible because he pulled it from a "fresh batch". As I walked out the door ready to return my phone to the guy who sold it to me, I turned around and insisted he change out the SIM card. And what do you know, IT WORKED! Dont trust these people they are all about the up-sell

I came in yesterday around 4:00PM and it wasnt the best experience. They only had two people on staff when there was a line of 5 customers waiting. Usually when youre helping a customer at a phone store it could take 30 min to an hour to help them so this means they were pretty understaffed. When I finally did get to talk to someone, it was a guy who definitely rushed us to get to other people in line. He also talked way too fast and didnt want to explain anything to me. I just ended up going to Best-buy because I think Best-buy does a better job of explaining Verizon Wireless plans (the installments plan is what I had a question about) and the phones are the same price so Ill be going to Best Buy from now on.

Best wireless phone store. Every time I have visited this store I have been greeted at the door. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They have assisted me from adding apps to changing out phone and they have never charged me a single dime. I highly recommend this store Im not new to Verizon other stares I have purchased from were friendly when I purchased my phone but soon as the honeymoon is over are not so friendly. This store has always been friendly from the day they sold me my phone and well after the honeymoon was over. No high pressure sales no pressuring me to buy accessories . I will buy my next phone there and I will always highly recommend them.
