My online experience was very efficient and great! However, when I went to pick the order up from the store, I experienced a grumpy sales associate, who seemed bothered to have to wait on customers. I heard him being grumpy with the customer in front of me before he waited on me. When it was my turn, I told him I had an order for pickup. He asked for my name and I told him. He retrieved a bag and began ringing something up on the register. I told him that I had already paid online, and he responded in a patronizing and cross way that he had to enter it in the machine. He could have politely told me what he was doing, but he seemed to be annoyed that I said anything. I will go elsewhere next time.

I went in and dealt with Mark (not 100% sure on name, it was his 2nd day) and he was 100% professional, communicative and a just a great guy. I had to replace a battery on my Jaguar and he was so helpful pulling it out, installing it. Just great all around. Dont go there bought a battery cost me about $250 they didnt want to replace it even though it was a bad battery never going to buy a battery from there again and I bought all my truck batteries from this place
