so I had gone in to this store a few days ago with a friend of mine for her upgrade and she was dealing with the sales man named MARC. when I had gone in there with my friend I didnt expect to walk out with a phone. lets just say this man knew his stuff super friendly and wasnt pushy he basically seemed like a guy that knew how to deal with people my friend had gotten her upgrade super quick and simple. then I said I wanted to try when I said that MARC did not push at all he said was we can try if you want which is amazing cause most sales men at other companies I have been to have been rude and pushy and seem to like to rush and MARC DID NOT PUSH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND SEND PEOPLE TO GO AND SEE HIM FOR A PHONE OR TO GET PHONE SERVICE HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WERE ON POINT AND SOO FRIENDLY AND NICE. MARC DEFINITELY DESERVES SOME RECOGNITION AND/OR RAISE FROM SOMEONE IN THE CORPORATE OFFICES. THANK YOU SO MUCH MARC I APPRECIATE IT

Dont waste your time. Store sales reps spent two weeks giving us the run around when trying to return a phone that wasnt working, then told us it was past it 14 day warranty. Was told a new replacement phone was ordered. That was a lie. Came back to the store 6 times within two weeks of buying the phone, but was constantly sent on a wild goose chase, which they used to run the 14 day warranty clock out. Wanted us to pay for scratches on a supposedly scratch proof phone. Was told they couldnt help us and that we must have dropped the phone because it was brand new and not scratched when we got it. Basically calling us a liar. Worst experience ever with a phone company. Now, we are having to use a borrowed phone and have a useless, brand new, none working phone, still in its box.

Someone stole my grandmothers phone so we drove to the Verizon store in New Braunsfels to get a new one. The information on their website was wrong, and it was already closed. We called the Verizon store in Seguin 30 minutes before it closed and Marc Herrera took care of us. He helped set up the new phone over the phone while we drove 30 minutes to get to Seguin, and then stayed with us past closing to set the phone up. Marc had by far the best customer service we could have imagined. He truly went above and beyond, and my grandma and I could not have been more pleased. Thank you Marc. You dont know how helpful you have been. Id highly reccomend asking for Marc whenyou come to this store. He will take care of you, I guarantee that.

I worked with Margie Hayden who has managed my account from day 1. I originally met her at Bitter and 281 in San Antonio and have been following her ever since. I met her in Schertz and then managed to get myself to Seguin to get my internet with her. She worked with me and has practically held my hand though the entire process. I want to touch on her professionalism which is an excellent asset to Verizon. I was impressed when I first met her Golden egg in her mouth she could multi task and being able to speak in different languages and is able to manage many customers with different walks of life. I noticed that her store was very clean and it smelled great. ps. I only hope that she gets promoted. Also service was very fast.

Marc was very helpful when we got our phones. He didnt pressure us to buy anything we didnt want or need. He was also training a new employee and was very patient with him all while waiting on other customers that walked in. He did his best to get us the best deal and even helped us get internet service for our home. He is excellent at customer service! I will definitely recommend him to my friends. Very friendly, no pressure salesman. He should be recognized for his excellent attitude!

The customer services was great. As soon as I walked thru the door I was greeted by a very enthusiastic and energetic representative named Christina Ruiz. I needed some help trouble shooting my phone which was no problem for her. She knew her job very well. Took the proper steps as well as explained to me what exactly she was doing. Very professional and very courteous. She had the problem fixed in no time. I definitely rate her customer service five stars.
