I came into this location the other day with issues with my phone, extremely frustrated and ready to go back to my old flip phone. Andrea met me at the door with a bubbly smile and full of energy. She immediately set the tone with her positive attitude for the rest of our visit. She was generally interested in what I had to say and told me she was going to make it a point to make sure my problems were solved. After finding out that I was not a Verizon customer, she not only resolved my issues but then told me all the benefits of making the choice to switch to Verizon. Although unfortunately I am unable able to make the switch now, I have taken everything into consideration and plan to make the change when I am able. This is the type of customer service that people like myself hope to receive when walking into this kind of situation.

Tried to see if they had any of the x-force models left and mark said they didnt. I said ok give me the z model that is shatterproof. He sells me Droid z reg. Less than a week later It drops less than 2 and shatters. Go to take it back and he says its only shatter resistant. Hes right, he sold me the model that isnt shatterproof and he doesnt even know they do sell a shatterproof version of the z. They will not take it back unless fixed so Im out $200 to get it fixed just so I can return it in less than a week. Asked to speak with the store manager and was told they dont have a store manager. The national Verizon customer service agent I spoke with said this isnt even an actual Verizon store. Do Not Go Here!!! They do not know products or how to treat people!

Wife went into store to simply help my son swap out a phone that was breaking down (he had it way beyond the 2 year period). Unfortunately, she was told, erroneously as it turn out and as verified with a Verizon customer rep online, that she would have to pay a $200 surcharge for him to get a replacement phone. This store then put the hard sell on her and gave her assurances that certain features could be managed online if she upgraded his phone. This turned out to be a lie by omission as the only way these features can be managed is through additional monthly charges, which were not revealed during the hard sell. Basically, we will be counting down the days, hours, and minutes until we can terminate all business with Verizon.

Hi my name is Kathy Johnson and I came into the Verizon store a couple of days ago and Ryan who is one of your team players is really a great team player hes a five-star person for real I mean just excellent work he spent hours well actually more than an hour or two working with us with the new phones the S7 and he got my information transferred over and even helped us a lot because my husband is in Afghanistan and he ordered the phones and Ryan still stepped in and he just took it all the way to help me to understand this new phone that I got and transferred all my information over to my new phone thanks for Rising for hiring such a great person thanks-thanks-thanks

This is the only Verizon I will come to in or near New Braunfels! They are THE BEST. I was so excited to see Andrea back at this location today! She is always so kind and patient with me. Ive had some pretty bad experiences with the other location closer to my house here so Ive decided to never go back there. The sales associates at this location have been the best to me by far! Its a plus that you usually dont have to wait at all or hardly. You can even call to set up appointments! Great job, keep it up! (and dont lose Miss Andrea, shes amazing)

Outstanding customer service at this location!!! The young lady, Andrea has been super in support and a true asset to your organization. If I were in the business of owning a store like this I would hire her in a flash. I had trouble with my connections and she stepped in and handled the problem, quickly. Originally bought my several of my devices at corporate location and had several horrible experiences, and Andrea dispelled these bad experiences. If buy something with cash they tell you you can return it, however what they dont tell you is that you then have a 10-14 day waiting period to be reimbursed by check. This is an extremely shady business. We have had problems every single time we have gone to this place. I do not recommend for anyone to shop here. Go to the actual Verizon store in north New Braunfels. They are nice and helpful and tell you all of thier policies from the start.

We spent a good deal of time in the Verizon store today with Ryan Warren. He was so patient and helpful as we had so many questions. He explained the product well and all the information on the account to make sure we understood everything. We appreciated him taking extended time to help us. We are excited to have our wonderful new phones. Many thanks to Ryan for all he did. A great example of providing excellent customer service!

Had a wonderful experience at Verizon with Leo, he was knowledgable, personable and extremely accomodating to our needs! We were switching from Sprint to Verizon and he was very patience as we made several phone calls to Sprint to work out the details and thoroughly explained the prices and options to us speaking specifically and not in general terms like many other representatives do.

Andrea was super awesome, I recently am.divorced and a single mom and I just felt like she was so helpful professional and really compassionate with my life changing situation and really took her time explaining the process and just cant praise her enough! Rey hyder helped me change some passwords, delete the pages I no longer needed, and set up my fingerprint to make my phone more secure. I am so glad to have these things taken care of! Rey did a great job and was very helpful in answering my questions without making me feel like I should have been able to solve these things on my own.

Its 430pm on a Thursday and this place is closed.. What a joke. Called no answer. No sign on door stating business would be closed. Guess "cellular sales" doesnt want my business. Do yourself a favor and head to the corporate location that is across the street from buccees. Theyre never closed in the middle of a work day!

The service at this store absolutely fantastic. Andrea and Daniel were so much help setting my tablets up. I originally bought my phones and tablets at corporate location and had a horrible experiences. We will continue to come to this location in the future! Thank you so much!
