I see that others whom have visited this location have absolutely no clue how to rate a place! I have been to other T/As across the country. (Im a truck driver), hence my knowledge. Other T/As I have been to that I can definitely say are horrible are in Wisconsin, Michigan and New England states. My experience here was great considering Subway AND Popeyes chicken are both well open as they advertise. Possibly they were closed for cleaning? Definitely cleaner than most truck stops. Laundry room is clean, new machines and large. T.V. room is a bit small. Showers are remodeled and the restaurant has an awesome breakfast buffet bar! While I stayed here during my 34 hour reset, I had my truck serviced here as well. I was very satisfied with the knowledge of their mechanics and my air conditioning blows much colder than it use to now!!! Thank you!!! I havent checked out the store between the fuel islands but, the bigger store was comforting enough for me. Considering there are other truck stops in this country that seriously need to be shut down because of filth and poor service! T/A is one of the best truck stop chains in the country! Thanks!

I go in to get a new cell phone. I believe the guys name was Alex. He told me he didnt have the keys to the cell phone case. This was in the evening hours. He told me he would be back with the keys around 9:30pm. So I waited. 10:00pm came around. I called him and he said he had the keys and was on his way. 11:00pm came and I called again and then no answer. What kind of customer service is this?? If one is going to tell a customer that they will do something then they should do it or not tell the customer that they are going to do it. Thats a very rude way to treat customers. This took place on 03/29/17 at the booth in the TA in New Braunfells Tx.

Ive been a trk drvr for a longtime and every once in awhile ur trk has a bad day..a/c compressor seized and meltd the serpentine belt off... so naturally Im not stayn in the trk wit no power and no a/c..TA shop recommended this place and tgey were rite this place is 1 of the best places Ive ever stayd at. Gonna need to remember this xt. Tons of stores within walkn distance, kind staff, and beds even I can fit in at 66"...and not hav my feet dangling off the edge...and above all great price

Pretty good TA, as far as TAs go. The road leading into it needs to be fixed, though. **Note: Cant anybody spell? Most of these reviews are so embarassing to the poster. "Liked: There long haul breakfast plate" THERE? Dont you mean "their?" "Grate place. I all way stop here. Ever one so nice.." Where do I start? Grate? All way? Ever one? Sheesh, go back to school. No wonder.. all their (lol) names are "Google User."

Long lines at the fuel desk. Needs to be cleaned and I went to the restaurant and the waitress brought my drink and walked away as I was telling her what I wanted. So I waited for her to come back and she goes outside for a smoke break! I will not come here again, Ill go to the Pilot further down.

This place is awesome. It has a fuel island on both sides of the little snack shack/fuel desk. Then it has another building fo their showers, Country Pride restaurant gift shop & Truckers lounge. All in all nice place with plenty of parking...

The cook is the manager and he cant keep up or get orders right. 20 minutes for over medium eggs that were still under-cooked. Buffet is a salmonella breeding experiment.

This is a smaller TA but its clean! Workers were friendly.Lots of parking for trucks! Food and wait stuff for Country Pride was very good! Hot and fast!
