This location has the worst service and staff with poor manners. I had an appointment and arrived a little early. They refused to take me next because two others with no appointment had walked in ahead of me. My phone had died and I asked if I could leave it. They said, "Thats not how it works here." I left and will never return. This is not the first time I had poor customer service here, even with an appointment. The manager is never around and does not return phone calls. Go to the one on north 10th Street, a little north of Trenton. The people there are friendly and helpful.

Needed assistance, none was given. Store was swamped with customers and two employees days before Christmas. Asked for the manager, hes off... store swamped and 2 employess. Hes off.
