On Friday, Aug 12, 2016, I dropped my iPhone 6s and it cracked the screen (even under the stick-on glass screen protector—I have a flimsy, decorative case on my phone that doesn’t really protect against drops). This drop also created a lot of multicolored vertical lines on the screen (my screen was still responsive to touch, but the colors were all faded and weird). I have cracked my screen before and had it replaced by The iPhone Clinic on Dove in McAllen, and I was happy with their work because it was competitively priced, came with a warranty for the repair, and the repair was performed quickly by a friendly staff. I went to The iPhone Clinic in person later that day and showed them my phone, and the employee examined it and told me that the repair would cost $170 plus tax (for a total of $184.03 with tax included). Additionally, if I liked The iPhone Clinic on Facebook and checked in there on Facebook, they would apply a $5 coupon on any repair over $50, which meant that if I did that my new price would be $165 plus tax (for a total of $178.61 with tax included). The only problem was that the parts necessary to repair my phone were currently out of stock, and they would not be receiving those parts until 3PM on Tuesday of next week. I was impatient and didn’t want to wait for my phone to be repaired, so on Saturday I called around to a couple of different places to get quotes for my repair. The first alternate place I called was Warrior Repairs on 10th St in McAllen. The woman I spoke with was very friendly, but explained that their store did not do repairs on iPhone 6s yet because those phones were too new, though they would gladly be able to repair any other damaged electronics I might have. She recommended that, wherever I did end up getting my iPhone repaired, that I make sure I got a 90 day warranty on the repair, as some places use cheap parts that break quickly. I thanked her for being kind and caring enough to give me such thoughtful advice. The next alternate place I called was Cellairis on Nolana in McAllen. The person I spoke to said that to repair my phone the cost would be $230 plus tax (he said the total would be approximately $256). When I asked why The iPhone Clinic had quoted me $170 plus tax for the same repair, the Cellairis representative said that they (Cellaris) usually charged $180.00 just to fix the cracked screen, but because the screen also had colored vertical lines running though it, that’s why they were charging an extra for the repair ($230 plus tax). They told me that perhaps The iPhone Clinic was only giving me a quote to fix just the cracked screen and not the cracked screen plus the colored vertical lines on the screen. I called The iPhone Clinic back and asked for clarification to make sure I had received the correct quote (I had brought my phone to them in person originally and at that time they examined it and gave the me the quote of $170 plus tax to fix everything). The employee at The iPhone Clinic verified that the $170 plus tax would be for a full display assembly to fix everything (they would replace the whole top layer of glass, the digitizer control, and the LCD display), which would fix both the cracks and the colored lines on the screen. When I told him that the people at Cellairis wanted to charge me an extra $50 to perform the exact same service, he was shocked and dismayed and said that that extra fee was unnecessary.

Great business idea, yet staff is not well qualified. I was overall pleased with their attempt but really discourage by the fact they mess up my refund. I ended up wasting more money and they charged me twice and my phone still didnt work. Yet, nothing was more disturbing than the last time I went to claim my refund again and them asking for my credit card information, and in less than 24hrs had a third charge of 300 dollar made into my account from walgreens. It seems they either had a leak of information or simply clone my credit card. What started as a great service ended with fraud and me going trough the trouble of having my credit card cancel and them owing me 216 dollars.

Fixed my iPhone 6 here, I had dropped my phone and cracked the screen so I stopped using my case and it only got worse, pieces of glass started coming off and you could see the LCD screen and the inside of the home button and there were blue vertical lines on half of the screen. I got quoted for 130$ for the whole LCD replacement but I bought a glass protection screen just incase and its going great! Feels amazing to have my phone back and in under 30 min! I also got 90 day warranty so if anything goes wrong with my phone (aside from cracks) I get a free replacement!

Migoni have NO idea why you would rate them one star based on a phone call ??! Lol Ridiculous, Anyways Had a craked screen s5 fixed it in about 30mins ,looked good.About a month later screen went out for no reason I went back and told them what happened they inspected and couldnt find anything wrong with the screen or phone , they changed the screen out without asking so many questions and they did not act like it wasnt their fault , no hassle just switched it out and bam working good again :D great place for a screen repair.

Victor was amazing! My spouse has an iphone 6, his screen was cracked and the sensitivity had messed up as well. Victor took great care of everything, he cleaned the phone, let me know the battery was swollen, and he replaced the screen, it was very affordable. He was quick and friendly. I have gone to other places in the past that have charged way more and definitely did not get the service i got today. If i ever need any of my cellphones or tablets fixed, i will be coming back here. -Ira & Yesica

The repair was fast but the employee pushed for a good review first in order to offer a discount. I initially gave a great review but then he rings up the charge with no discount given. Rather than adjusting it he claimed all he could do was offer a small free time like a screen protector.

Went with my girlfriend to get her phone fixed. Ended up going back like 5 times to get a refund but the workers didnt know how to do one. After they supposedly gave her a refund, they charged her again instead.
