Very friendly, Richie extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I think my phone was the first one of its kind that they had ever repaired. He had problems reconnecting the battery with the new screen, and almost didnt put a piece in for another connection. When he couldnt get it to work at first, Charlie, the store manager began to say that I needed a new $99 battery. Long story short, Richie was able to get the connection to work and put the phone back together--but there were a couple of pieces he didnt know what to do with, so he just stuck them into the spaces of the new screen without cementing them or anything. Due to this, one of the pieces acted as a pry bar and fractured the glass around it. I took some super glue and glued the two pieces in place, but went to show Charlie what had happened. He began to tell me that it wasnt under warranty. I visited the shop a few weeks later on another issue, a different sales person who called Charlie who said I needed a $99 battery. I got the phone working well enough to go on vacation. While on vacation, my phone started glitching, going on and off. Because my wifes phone suffered liquid immersion on this trip, I had to get my phone working, so I took it to a repair shop -but not Cellairis because I didnt want to deal with them again. This repair shop found that the battery connection had been broken and that there was a piece missing that actually held the connection securely. They couldnt believe that the two pieces I super glued hadnt been secured when Cellairis made the repairs. There is also a small round hole that you can see an electrical device-the repair shop was surprised that Cellairis hadnt put the original round piece in the new screens hole to cover it. I wont be able to get my money back for the repairs that I had done, but my phone isnt glitching anymore. This store (Walmart Cellairis on FM 3009) is probably great for accessories and most common repairs...but make sure you understand the warranty and shop around for not only trained repair techs but certified repairs techs as well. There is a difference!

Daughter JUST got her phone fixed and first was told it would be done at a certain time we came back to find they just started it . Said they would call at said time - they did not we called- it was finished. She was over charged the price she was quoted , got in the car to find out. She went in to find the salesperson eating McDonalds and told her they were closed ( at 7pm and time states 830 on sign and site) . We just got in and her screen is popping off and the phone will not function ! It was working better before we had the screen fixed !! I am very ,very upset with this company.

My experience with this repair company has been horrible and if i could give 0 stars i would. My wife tried to get her phone repaired and the experience was the worst ever. Promises of fixing and 2 months of waiting for phone parts. We paid 300 dollars for the phone to continue to break. We are still waiting on a piece which still has not come in. I dont like to write bad reviews but i was forced to and I am warning any future customers.

I dropped my iphone 6+ off at cellairis to get the screen replaced while I shopped at walmart. although due to complications with Appple they had to wait almost a month for the part to become available but I went right into cellairis in the Wal-mart & a guy name Ritchie fixed it with no problem! I recommend you guys to visit the store. & ask for Ritchie he is great at fixing these phones!

Went in looking for glare shield. Nicest young man applied glare shield and is going to order a special case I have been looking for and could not find. I was in and out in the blink of an eye. A+ service ,I will be moving all of my cell needs to Cellairis in Schertz and away from the mall kiosks! Keep up the great work and customer service. You are batting 1000 in my book.

I took my phone in just for a screen repair and then were so friendly and willing to help bbbuuuutttttt when they tried replacing it (every time, which I went 4 times) they put the mother board on backwards and it pushed into my screen and left a blue mark, very noticeable. Then my front camera didnt work and my ear piece speaker, they tried to fix it and said they couldnt

the staff is nice, and they are willing to work with one in regards to price. My issue was that they were not able to fix my ipod. the screen was cracked and it was working when i brought it in, after they attempted to repair it it no longer came on. apparently that is a common issue with ipods (according to the tech). they should have to disclose to me before i paid.

The service was commendable, I had an emergency with my phone, And as you know (we cannot live without or phones) and rushed from work after calling Zachary and he stayed open later for me and gave me options as to solve my little dilemma. Took my phone here to get a sim card removed, purchased the phone brand new and the man behind the counter was looking up youtube videos to figure out how to fix it after he broke the phone. Phone would no longer turn on at all and showed no signs of battery life. Horrible place DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE THEY WILL BREAK IT MORE!

Great place!!! I went in to get my iPad screen fixed and when I got it back it looked brand new. An employee named Krysta informed me of the total protection promise so if I brake my screen again they will fix it for life. I also got screen protectors and customized cases for all of my devices. MAN THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING!!!

Excellent place to be great customer service thanks to richie and jamie. They have cool cases that you can create! Had my iphone 5s fixed and purchased a total protection promise which promises me a guaranteed screen replacement. Only for 79 dollars. I highly recommend their services. Good luck cellairis!

Thought I got a good deal, fixed my phone within 30 mins. But now that its been 1 month my screen is coming off my phone. Only one side of my screen is still on. Poorly done. I have had my screen fixed before at Doctor phones and it never did this. Wouldnt recommend to a anyone.

An employee named Jamie helped me out a lot he helped me buy a customized iPhone case of me and my boyfriend Also he gave me a good deal so I bought my boyfriend one too the experience was lovely and didnt take long at all very friendly people. I defiantly will come back!
