Horrible customer service at Metro PCS in Cibolo on 3009 and Elbel. Do not shop at this place. My mother purchased a second phone with this place of business on December 20th because she misplaced hers due to the passing away of her son. The phone did not work for her. On the 26th after my brothers services held on the 25th, we asked to exchange or purchase a better phone. David Rodriguez said no that was not possible. We showed him that the metro pcs promise said we had 7 days and he still said no. He called metro pcs and while on speaker phone we asked if we could exchange it, the lady asked if he could do the metro pcs promise and exchange it? He hung up on her saying "she didnt know what she was talking about" that only he knew the rules. He told us that my mother should have picked a better phone. I explained that we were burying my brother and she was in no state of mind to have made a better choice at the time. He said he DID NOT CARE who died and that we shouldnt be telling him our problems, and our loss was NOT HIS PROBLEM. Needless to say this devastated my mother. I asked to speak to the owner to let them know how horrible and rude he was being, and he said it didnt matter because his spouse was the owner. Im not saying Metro PCS is bad, Im saying that THIS place of business has no respect for their store Policy or their customers. Please dont shop there. Since this incident Metro PCS called me and exchanged my mothers phone at a different store. This SCHERTZ Metro PCS did nothing for my family. Like I said Metro PCS is good but not the SCHERTZ location.

David seemed nice at first but was very rude when i wanted to return a phone a phone i just bought i had my receipt and he said it doesnt matter and i called MetroPCS and they told me he should refund but he refused to and he rudely opened the door and kicked me out of the store...my 2yr daughter almost ran out into the street when he opened the door I was so close to calling the cops
